Indigo

We love visiting Indigo. It is a place of paradise for my daughter & us. We bought books & kitchen accessories every time we visited. Great customer services. Staff are polite and friendly.

Always a pleasure to visit. Wide variety of books & stationary gadgets. We bought books & Mini LEGO and everyone was happy with their purchase!
It's pricey, but you get what you pay for.

Indigo is a cozy bookstore with a nice feel to it. They've got a good selection of books without being overwhelming. The staff is helpful, and I like that there's a café to chill in. It's not flashy, just a comfortable spot to browse and find something interesting to read.

Store is a little small but the selection of books and things for your home is a great selection. Employee's are good here never had a problem shopping here

Great book and gift store, 1st time at the Hillcrest mall location. Always lots of practical and meaningful items, at good prices.

The cash and customer service counters are conveniently located at the centre of the store and though a long line this visit, I was able to call out swiftly.

Located at the north end of the mall, across the aisle from Shoppers Drug mart easy to access near the Canada Blood Services entrance.

It’s a wonderful and comfort place for me to deep in books and with very nice staffs , actually I am permanent residence in Hillcrest mall Indigo to discover new horizon mind in daily stressful tasks it’s my wish to work in Indigo if possible and cooperate with them to run the indigo

Spacious location with an immense collection of books and home stuff. Worth the visit

INDIGO is a very nice store. Lots of reading materials.... good space when you want to read an article you choose from... lots of 📦 gift items too.

It has some comfortable chairs to relax in while checking out a book. Also got some bargain books here.

It's clean & organized shop, a safe place to bring our kid to visit.

We loved it. I took a look at the merchandise. My husband doesn't really shop in there.
I received my credit card and was waiting for the pin number.

Well, he picked out merchandise for his birthday for next month and my roommate picked up something as well

Only thing we did not like, that you changed is the computer system. It was easier to use and find things on our own

First time at this location and I must say it's very impressive. Very well organized. It's quite a large space with designated sections. You can definitely find what you are looking for. This is possibly the best location I've visited in some time. Very welcoming.

Love this shop, big, convinient to find books with staff or computer. Good to shop for gifts too.

This indigo store has fit a little bit of everything and won’t make you disappointed if you come searching for something. Finding a staff to help you is sometimes hard though!

Beautiful new and spacious store with carefully selected products an nice staff.

Chapters/Indigo staff member Elena was both gracious and tenacious helping me find a book I was searching-for. She seemed to have an encyclopedic knowledge of the store's authors, and when she couldn't find the book I was seeking in her store, she phoned another Chapters to secure one for me for pickup. Outstanding customer service. Thank you Elena!

Oh how I love Indigo! I've always been a big bookworm, and Indigo has always been my bookish heaven :) Not only are there lots of books and displays, there are also great "home" and "paper" departments. Staff is always warm, welcoming, and kind, and it's truly a pleasure to visit this store. 📚

Just a little note... it would be great to see some more French books :))
