Great experience browsing with Chris and Michael as Sales Associates. No pressure and helped me with viewing different options with sofa chair and accent chairs I want to buy. Very good price for the quality, the Brick I find is better quality than other furniture stores.

We just had such a positive experience at the Brick. Chris was an incredible sales person. Firstly, he greeted us so warmly as soon as we entered the store. I was with my elderly parents who need some recliners and a new mattress.

Chris was so patient and showed my parents many options. Chris really knew his store and was able to make my parents’ purchases smooth and easy.

I highly recommend this Brick and I hope you are as fortunate as we were to have Chris help us today.

Haven’t bought furniture for quite some time, and this experience with The Brick is very pleasant and much better than expectation. Ali the sales representative in Richmond Hill store was very helpful and patience. Price negotiation process was smooth, quick and reasonable. Delivery was booked and arranged for the same week immediately. Multiple reminders were sent by email/text, informing us delivery would be within which 3-hour time block on the day. The delivery team was very polite, called ahead and arrived on time, put the chair on the second floor, cleaned up everything without making any mess in the house. The entire transaction was very smooth and hassle free. Very happy with this purchase experience with The Brick.

Anata Francis was very helpful and caring. Their manager, Fereshteh was so caring and sweet and goes above and beyond makings sure your needs are met.

We just bought a dishwasher at the Brick in Richmond Hill. We always go to this Brick to buy our appliances and furniture for one reason and that is Trevor. He is such a nice person who always helps us. He does not pressure us at all but offers great suggestions. He is very honest and so friendly. If you go to the Richmond Hill Brick for something I suggest you ask for Trevor. He is amazing!

Amazing customer service. I made a purchase yesterday and wasn't completely satisfied with the pricing, so I discussed it with their very kind and friendly manager Shaw and he adjusted the price to my favor. It was a great shopping experience in total.

I had a great experience at this location. I was greeted upon entry and Syed was available to help me immediately. He was very knowledgeable about all of the products and was able to provide us with informative advice to help us choose the best mattress given our preferences and budget.

Rojan sold us a futon. He was very helpful. He gave us time to make our decision. I did not feel pressured to buy something right away and he was also very polite throughout the sale. Thanks Rojan and the Brick for excellent customer service.

We visited this Richmond Hill store and were looking for a genuine leather sofa and Ali J recommended the Franco Recliner Sofa which was made from Genuine Leather. We are really happy with the purchase and the recliner sofa is very comfy. Ali J provided us the best customer service here. I would recommend him any day and any time.

After this experience we will be coming here on a regular basis.
