Shoppers Drug Mart

When I humbly requested earlier shots, after confirming the scheduled appointment, I was positively granted ASAP. It was my 2:10pm appearance(instead of 3pm schedule), then got granted the 2 shots immediately, at 2:30pm. Not yet Christmas, but was a VERY MERRY Accommodation. Respectfully, I bow onto that Pharmacy Bro who treated🙇🏻‍♂👏🏆👍.

Gagan pharmacy assist excellent customer service, very helpful and patient and willing to help.
The other assistant with him, the girl, fair skinned slightly heavy set with curly black hair is horrible, has attitude, not friendly, you can see on her face not helpful at all. Usually she is the worst of all the rx assistants, but Gagan eachtime most willing to help out. The girl is useless, and fake with customers.
Gordon-Pharmacist(new at this location?)excellent customer service, friendly and professional. Very helpful. Probably the best pharmacist thus far we have met at this location. Rest of the pharmacist not so sure.

Iffat was an employee who helped me and she was amazing! She delivered excellent customer service and was extremely friendly when I needed help reprinting a receipts for an old transaction. Thanks to her I’ll be getting a reimbursement now 🙂

Despite a difficult situation that they were sold out of reusable bags, the Manager Viviane was absolutely caring and sweet. It has been a very long time since I have seen such an elevated, kind hearted, person who was truly able to help and rise above. Thank you so very much!

Really nice cashier put up with all my window shopping on the behind the shelf electronics. Ending up buying a bluetooth speaker with LED lights out of guilt but it was on deep discount anyway so was worth. One of the best Shoppers experiences in town!

Today I met a pharmacist Navi. He is very nice, and helpful. Also he is very knowledgeable for my dry eyes issue.

The pharmacy is very good here.
Been accommodating and helpful.
I like the monthly call to see if I need my prescriptions refilled, so I only have to come in to pick up.

I love this location, it always has everything I need at a great price. The staff are lovely and the pharmacists are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.
