When I sitting on the new car, a young lady, Zoe offered me a great presentation about how to operate the vehicle to make sure I fully understand all the new features.

Had a great experience ordering a brand new Corolla from Michael Liu. He kept me informed the whole way from ordering to arrival which I really appreciate.

The leasing manager Anna was extremely nice and gave me many great tips on how to best keep the car in its best shape for years to come and was friendly and not pushy like others I’ve encountered during previous car chases.

At the end a girl went through the car features with me and was very friendly and easygoing, she also showed me the features with the Toyota app and how to use it to start the car and do a bunch of stuff to make life easier

The only downside is the insurance agent, the whole experience with him was just Not friendly, no eye contact, no please and thank yous, basically acted like he didn’t want to deal with me, totally a buzz kill.

Finally got my car yesterday and the entire process went fairly smooth and efficiently.

Highly recommend my sales manager Michael Liu. He was very responsive and friendly during the car sales process. He was very efficient and walked me through the car sales process seamlessly.

Then I had Rosanna Louie as my financial service manager to walk me through the car finance interest rate options and Jessie Wu as my ICBC agent. They were very accommodating and managed to guide me towards the most optimal and affordable options for my car.

After getting all the payment done, the delivery specialist Alex Li briefly walked me through the features of the car and was being very helpful during the process.

In overall, this process was very efficient, accommodating and responsive. Highly recommended as it's one of my best dealership experiences.
