We needed our main line replaced and Carlos and Dan ensured we were well taken care of. They were very respectful of our property and streamlined the whole process, keeping us informed every step of the way. By far the best plumbing experience we’ve had. Highly recommend their services.

Karan and Connor just finished installing our new air conditioning unit. We used Ashton to install a heat pump in our house, which included the installation of ceiling mounted unit in different room. The installation team, of Karan and Japn, did a phenomenal job - they were very nice to have in the house, and were very clean and respectful of our space. The entire process was very seamless and easy. We are thrilled with the outcome and incredibly happy with Ashton’s attention to detail and kind and caring approach. I highly recommend.

We also had Johnny who fixed many remaining small problems very efficiently and knowledgeably, explaining the plumbing mysteries we didn’t understand beforehand. Did great research for us concerning possible water heater options to increase the capacity.

We are especially grateful to Danny who quickly came to rescue on Sunday when the kitchen sink pipe broke off and flooded the floor. He efficiently and expertly rebuilt the pipes under the sink.

Again, Ashton were there to further help, this time with replacemnt of the furnace fan motor.. Shawn Taylor was the same technician who has kindly done the job, with his high standards of cleanliness, knowledge, professionalism and manners. Ashton is again lucky to have Shawn in their team for sure. As a matter of fact, I was also pleased with the way Ashton staff received my calls and helped with my questions and appointments. Johnny our technician was very helpful he introduced himself and started by doing a walkthrough with myself the home owner to show him the issue, he explained their process of steps that will be needed to identify the problem and before doing any of the work made sure we were okay with it then fixed our leak! He also not only fixed the leak but added an additional shut off to our outdoor hose bibs so that in the future during cold temperatures we will be able to shut off the water to just those specific pipes and not the whole house. Additionally he was awesome with animals which made it easier for us not having to put them in a separate room!

Our washroom had persistent smell for quite a while and I’m so glad I called Ashton. Carlos is very knowledgeable and identified the issues right away. He replaced both our toilets and kitchen faucet in the same day and we are very happy with the result. Will definitely call Ashton in the future for other plumbing work

Bali was very professional, quick and excellent in repairing my leaked faucet. I had been wondering whether it was a small or big fix, and after his service, was relieved to see my leak fixed and a brand new faucet installed!

We just had our kitchen faucet and shut off valves installed and replaced by Johnny. We were very pleased with his work. He was polite, tidy and explained the work he had done clearly. He was also great with our dogs.

I just had the most incredible experience with Keegan. My Navien combination boiler went out just after the snowstorm we’ve just had and I couldn’t find anyone to come fix it until next week, I called Ashton and they quickly secured Keegan to come to me within an hour and a half. Keegan had the boiler working again within 10 minutes, he also repaired a leak and he assessed the issues which had led to the boiler malfunctioning in the first place. Keegan was incredibly knowledgeable, competent, skilled and very kind and considerate. He wrote up some quotes for the recommended, optional work that I can consider having done and I was not charged for his work today, he was here for just over an hour. Needless to say, I would recommend Keegan from Ashton Plumbing Heating & Air in a heartbeat.

We are very satisfied with the air conditioning repair service. The technician Keivaan arrived on time, thoroughly inspected the air conditioner, and quickly identified the problem. The entire inspect process took only an hour and was highly efficient. Additionally, the technician was very friendly, explained the cause of the issue, and provided some maintenance tips. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I highly recommend them!
