So clean and organized. Great inventory! Sooooo many cars and action figures with crazy variety. Staff was friendly and helpful. Easy to follow floor plan.

Samantha at the customer service desk was AMAZING. She’s been at this location for some time & every time i have dealt with her- she’s been such a huge help. I would 100% recommend this location, and if you get to deal with Samantha, you’re a lucky person! Thanks so much for the consistent, great service. Management should be happy to have her.

Called the store several times to check on an item that was shipped from another location a. Few weeks ago & no one answer the phone. Had to drive to store to talk to a manager & was told that truck had arrive & item was not on. Anna Lowery went the extra mile to located parcel which was include in another package. She was very kind & took her time to solve my problem. She made my day as I had to drive to the store( don’t like to drive) . It’s sad that I tryed different ext & no one pick the phone. March 30 Thursday

They were looking for what seemed like a needle in a hay stack and never gave up. Ended up finding it & were great at communicating in between the long wait. 5 stars for sure!

Also, note: Bike assembly costs $5 now (I think it's a fait charge. These guys are already understaffed to begin with)

Anna is the most helpful person we can ask for. Came in to look around and ended up leaving with a crib, travel system and accessories. With her help makes shopping easier and made our experience so exciting. Her enthusiasm and passion toward helping the customers should not be unnoticed. My wife and I will surely be back to spend a lot more money!

Nancy was an absolute superstar dealing with my husband and I She is extremely knowledgeable on all products she made our day by blessing us with her beautiful personality and by going the extra mile to track items on our baby registry. As a first time parent I could not ask for anyone better to help make our experience as memorable and can’t wait to stop by and get many more items!

Excellent location with a huge variety of items and very friendly and helpful staff. They have good prices that compete with most channels online and offline. They follow safety and health precautionary measures here. Overall a pleasant shopping experience with plenty of parking spots. This summer they had an outdoor toys section with a lot of variety.

So I know nothing about kids never had any, and I am rarely around any but needed a few gifts and had the most amazing experience. Casey, one of the sales representatives took me around and made suggestions based on his own children and popularity of the toys we selected together… What an awesome experience thank you, Casey!

I'm 40 years old, I've known for some time that Santa and his elves aren't real... but Victoria at the Toys R Us Sherway made me doubt what I know today. I spoke with her on the phone about a purple Barbie Jeep I bought that turned out to be damaged. The woman who was helping me at the time told me it was the last one so I wasn't confident there were any more but figured I would check. Victoria found one and put it aside for me. This would have been enough!

When I went to the store to exchange the Jeep, I asked if she could fulfill an order I had placed that morning for an Elsa doll with horse for pick-up at that location (since I was already there). She looked up the order and it had been canceled, probably due to a stock discrepancy but the computer was saying there were two in stock. Victoria went and looked through the entire store and then in storage and found me the doll that was literally the ONLY thing on my 3 year olds Christmas list!

I haven't had great experiences with Toys R Us... but Victoria's help, care and consideration will make this store top of mind when shopping for future birthdays, holidays, etc. Whoever hired this girl you're a genius!! And to the powers that be, do yourselves a favour and promote her all the way to the top! If you had more people like her, your business would be booming.

The only Babies r Us location that I had a good experience. Very knowledgeable staff, nice, approachable. Good selection of toys, cribs, other necessities for babies. Shoutout to Anna from babies r us - 5star customer service experience and very knowledgeable! This is where I got my crib, a bunch of needs for my baby from christmas/boxing clearance sale

Lots of these have shut down , but this one remains open. I remember coming here in my childhood. It brings joy to my eyes to be able to bring my kids here too.
They don't just have toys. They also have plenty of board games now too. The lego section also looked unreal.

If you have a corporate sale, Toys “R” Us is highly recommended. The level of service and attention to detail is impeccable. The gifts purchased were hot items and the team helped me stay within budget.

This is probably the best Toys R Us in Toronto! Great selection, and the store is huge. I was looking for an item thats not all that easy to find and they actually had it. One of their reps went above and beyond, Tex thank you! I'll definitely be back to this location again.

Our family bought almost 5 very nice car for my nephew 2 yrs old.we were kind of rush but Samantha gives us very nice customer service and helps us to wraps all gift usually they don't do in store.Thanks samanta and teams.

It used to be a way more various toys in the stores when I was a kid. Maybe it is a common perception :) maybe not about toys even...

The sales associate, Marco is an excellent asset to the company.

He went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. He was courteous, friendly, and accommodating.

Incredible staff and super clean store! We were invited to appear in costume for a special holiday event that Starlight Children's Foundation was hosting there, and it was the highlight of our year! The event was a huge success due to the unwavering commitment of the staff and volunteers from Toys R Us and Starlight - we were honoured to be able to be a small part of such a magical day!

I love going to this Toysrus only because of two employees, Tex & Nate . They ALWAYS super friendly, helpful and try to find what I’m looking for. The rest of the workers don’t even try to help you. Always hitting you with the classic “we don’t have any more” line, yet to come back later that day and it got some new stock. I’m also always polite and respectful to the employees there but there is this one blonde lady that just never want to help. I don’t know her name but she always uses the classic line I mentioned earlier.

How can anyone hate a toysrus, always a good place to pick up Christmas presents for the children, plenty for all ages either gender, even for the adult children in us all.
