American Eagle , Aerie Store

I shopped at aerie for the first time yesterday. Sarah was super welcoming and the yoga pants are amanzing.

Staff was really helpful. Especially Lex. She went out of her way to help me out. Thanks for amazing service.

No one likes buying jeans! I mean, no one.

When I arrived at the store on June 25, 2022, I went in with no expectations. My idea was that I was going to buy a pair of new jeans or walk out with nothing in my hands. First, I would like to acknowledge the store was super clean; however, I couldn't find anyone to help me. Now ill be honest I could have been the problem because I was on the phone, so a store associate may not have wanted to interrupt, but I am telling you, not one person approached me. So I walked over to the Arie, and the very smiley associate called on the mic to see if someone could help me. I then returned to the pant area, and no one came to my assistance. After a while, I went to the change room attendant and asked for help finding dark jeans. The attendant was not helpful, so I continued to look for myself, and then this lovely lady in pink, "Tayanna," came over. I asked her for assistance, and she helped. In addition, took the time to look in the back for sizing and then when I needed to order online for long jeans, she suggested I do it in-store. Thank you!! Thank you for taking your time and patience with me. I appreciate you!

Well stacked store . This was my first time visit to this location but I guess gonna make it my favourite one. Staff was good and they had very wide variety and deals.

Just want to commend this store on their Covid-19 efforts. The mall was chaos while I was there today but you could see the effort that ae had put in - counting capacity at the door, sanitizer throughout, separate sides for entry and exit, a designated return bin...and more. I stopped in a few different stores quickly and american eagle definitely had the best procedures in place from what I saw, and still friendly and helpful staff. Good job guys.

Always love american eagle! Good deals, comfy but trendy clothes and always a good selection. I like that I get points with my American eagle points card, which gives me deals and money off as I'm a frequent shopper here. Just got $10 off ontop of their buy one, get one 50% off sale! Woohoo! Ashtrays friendly service too!

The staff was very helpful and friendly at this location. The store was well organized and clean.

Favourite American Eagle in the Toronto area. Very clean, well maintained store. Usually get greeted. Don’t use agressive sales tactics here.

Staff has great customer service skills and detailed knowledge of products inside the store. Especially the guy named akshay duggal is amazing at sales.
