I have shopped at Sherway. I have never seen a kind and passionate leader in a store manager. Gio thank you for your exceptional customer service. Seeing you with your team was also so great to see.
I saw you treat everyone with empathy, kindness and compassion.
Plus because of your great management style. I will frequently comeback. Love shopping where there is positive energy and Gio you do that.

Greatest shopping experience.

I have shopped at Showcase Sherway in the past. Gio, the store manager is the most customer oriented person. I shopped on Saturday and not only was he engaging but he was a great coach to his staff. I heard him say thank you to his staff. Never saw a manager so inspiring being on floor and have the time to for customers and give instant recognition to staff. Gio I will be shopping again. You and your team are the best. I wanna work for this guy.

Loved my time on Sunday. My Daughter loves Showcase I love coming in because of the new store manager Gio. Omg he demonstrated slime with my daughter and gave her Freeze Dry candies. I spent over $100
Because of his passion and how he engages with his team. Feels like a family.
So far I shopped 3 time's and your pick of store manager was the best! It's become my favorite thing to do every Saturday. Gio you're a great leader and thank you for making my daughter and I feel so special each and every time.

I was here using the CF gift card and was very happy with the service received. It required a bit of work on the cashier’s behalf to figure out what the balance was on the gift card, but she did it patiently and was very pleasant about it. I had some small talk with her and left there very happy with the experience. Sad to see the bad reviews…mine was great and would definitely recommend.

The only store who cares about their customers during pandemic. They gave away free ppe to all insiders (Showcase member). We went yesterday afternoon, June 11, and the lady was there who served us was very nice and accomodating! Thank you Showcase and More power to you!

I told the front staff I’d put my review on the zesty garlic jumbo (bag) pickle…and I gotta admit the guy was right the pickle wasn’t great but thanks to the staff for being so nice and funny

Small As Seen On TV so went in to see what they had got a back support for ladies my chair at work & frozen shoulder pains me so thought I could use a little support. Got this! Why not! Worse that it can do is nothing. I think it’ll help. Plus get benefits of standing tall & keeping my back straight. Not keen on the price though woman always get charged more.

All the stuff you can buy online, but costs a lot more in the store.

Geo, the Sherway manager, has unprofessional characteristics and is emotionally unstable. He has traits that are dictating rather than leading, and used his current mood and emotion to dictate how he handled situations. The manner in which I’ve witnessed how he treats employees is appalling. When called out on his wrong doings, and unprofessional approach he goes into defence mode and insinuated you’re a liar. During this holiday season, Geo does not possess the Holly Jolly spirit. He is more of cold hearted Scrooge, hum bug. I would not shop in this store again based on my experience after witnessing what I witnessed. I could not support this behaviour towards employees, little line young employees entering into the work field. This is a prime example on why people have anxiety while looking for employment and staying in the workforce. Shame on you Geo, this does not “showcase” positive employee/management relationships that foster an healthy environment. You should reconsider your, tone, outlook and demeanour.
