Great shop and staff, ordered online and something technical wasn't right, when I went in they didn't have what I selected in stock. The staff went out of there way to make up for and correct it. They also gave me a discount and a couple freebies on top of it! 10/10 would recommend and will continue to give them my business.

The customer service and reliability is unmatched anywhere else, qbc has it all. I first started going here when I lived nearby, they have always had an amazing selection and awesome recommendations. Since moving to another city I’m happy to see they have a delivery service that is fast and efficient, my order arrived in under 35 minutes. I’m grateful and I’ll definitely order again 🙂

Love this place! Randomly found it while searching for same day cannabis delivery options that accept orders past 6pm. They are quick, friendly and they deliver to many areas in the timeframe provided. They provide electronic updates and even have single joints for $5 which is nice if you wanted to try some things out. 10/10 would recommend

Very friendly and helpful staff, they have the patience to go over the products and the effects with the customer. They also have a good selection of cannabis. If you're not buying a lot, it's cheaper to buy here than ordering form the BC cannabis store (when you factor in shipping).

Amazing delivery services! Website is easy to use and well laid out. Staff at the store are also very helpful on the phone if you have any questions about product. Have not visited the storefront.

Been coming here for a long time and love the small store vibe, great service, and the prices compared to other stores. First time using the delivery service today and it was great. Items came within 2 hours and was able to enjoy a fire instead of driving back and forth.

Edit: Best shop in the Lower Mainland hands down. Prices are very competitive. They don’t pester for tips. Amazing delivery service. I don’t like shilling for companies but when a store has exceptional service I’m happy to share. Shout out to the procurement team, they know the real producers making the jump to mainstream.
