Good collection of vintage electronics and parts. Sid was a great guy. He sold me a big machine and I was looking one for years. I couldn’t believe it that he actually had one for sale as they are unbelievably hard to find. Hope to deal with Sid soon if any more vintage equipment is in stock. Highly recommend if your looking for older vintage electronics

I bought a quality meter today at a very good price. Be sure to bring a good flashlight though if you want to search though some of those aisles. It reminds me of some of the Queen Street surplus stores of the 1970's.

My auto shop, auto illusions (across the street) recommended me to go here because i was looking for a transformer. This place is packed. I showed the fellow here what i was looking for. Gave me what would work, and charged me almost nothing. Nice to have places like this around. Even though it looked cluttered the guy knew exactly where to find what i needed. Thanks again.

The purpose of surplus is to provide products to the public they likely normally wouldn't be able to afford or even obtain in some cases. This place serves that purpose well. You can get labware, optics, camera equipment, microscopes, electronic components, military items, ham radio gear, books, test equipment like oscilloscopes, often at a fraction of what the stuff costs new or even used from traditional sources. It can take a few days to sort through all they have, which is part of the fun.

Interesting reviews ... reminds me of how technicians/engineers really are cantankerous folks. Not blaming the customer or store owner but you know what they say, social etiquette and behavior is curse among the technically minded. I love the dynamic behind electronic people. Fascinating!

This guy is very hard to deal. He was a total ass and treated me like im some poor homeless guy soon as I bought some stuff to him. He said "you are not going to be able to afford that" This was his first words when i walked into his office, like I didn't even talked to the guy yet and its my first time here. Be warned he judges you how you look. I bought some stuff and he wanted 3 times the money. He also was like if we test it and it works, he will charge twice the price or buy it as is. Telling you now that this was $100 we were dealing here. Would you risk $100 that it works or not without testing?. He also charges overpriced for things that are worth nothing. Its not early 2000's anymore, you can search anything online fast. The old early 2000's vga projector I bought worked but has issues. I would only come here if you are really looking for a old oscilloscope or industrial item. Also what tops the cake is while i was leaving he says "if it works, you should give me $20 more next time you come" What a loser.

This guy is a complete rip off. He charges way too much for old junk that no one wants.
