I shopped here for my birthday April 27th. Bought two outfits they were well worth the money and the staff was top notch in assistance especially the lady who made sure I was comfortable as she went above and beyond to make sure I was fitted and comfortable with my choice I don’t remember her hair name very tall Caucasian lady with a flair for fashion she know her stuff

I don’t normally rate experiences from retail stores, but WOW, the staff here were beyond amazing. They made me feel like a supermodel and they made sure I got the perfect outfit for my engagement photoshoot. Go to the Eglinton West location for the best customer experience!!! ❤

This location has so much selection. Such beautiful peices at amazing prices. Leticia is absolutely fantastic and extremely knowledgeable in latest fashions trends! She has assisted me in finding exactly what I was looking for on several occasions and i’m constantly getting asked where I purchased items I’m wearing. How flattering! I Will continue to shop here based on quality of items and overall experience with great employees like Leticia.

Great store, never noticed it in my neighborhood til this summer. A girl named Lida helped me find some nice stuff for my gf. She was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They should sell men's stuff too.

Selection is a bit different here but the services was very nice. She was helpful and not pushy for sales like other Honey sales I have met.

Maybe ok for some people. I didn't like the stuff they crammed into the store. Staff are typical of what you would expect.

HEED THIS WARNING BEFORE SHOPPING AT HONEY
The staff is incredibly rude, they dress very inappropriately (my 11 year old son made a comment) They look you up and down, and are very unwilling to help. The customer service phone line has a lady answering who doesn’t listen to a word the customer says which causes all interactions to become very stressful. The company buys extremely cheap clothes, sells them for very expensive prices and only wants your money. They do not care one bit about customer service. The staff will tell you whatever you want to hear in order to close a sale because after you pay and leave you cannot get your money back. I will NEVER shop at this store again. I urge you to read my honest review and avoid this awful store. There are many other stores in the city to shop, where you can find the same brands. My experience here was unlike any other retail experience I’ve had. Covid has been a stressful time for many people and many stores are being very compassionate and understanding of circumstances, going above and beyond to keep their customers happy. Honey is using this time to recoup their covid losses and pressuring people to buy clothes in an attempt to keep their store in business. Unfortunately this is at the cost of their customers and I do believe the long term consequences of their selfish way of doing business will hurt them in the long term.
I hope you buy something lovely with my $200 because you will never see my business again !

I'm disgusted with the customer service at your Eaton centre location. My 16 year old daughter who is 5'7 about 130 pounds had looked at a dress and asked the sales rep if she had anymore dresses in the back? Instead of looking insulted my daughter telling her that Honey clothing is ment for small women perhaps she should be shopping at addition elle My daughter isn't a plus size girl she's petite. I'm not sure why this sales associate would direct a girl to a plus size store and insult her in the process.. I'm disgusted in the staff and they should be trained with better customer service... disgusting
