Great store.
Simple to navigate and easily accessible.
Very helpful staff.
Was in and out in 20 minutes with exactly what i needed and some extra.

Was surprised to notice that this RONA was not busy with customers,
it has a lot of home and garden supplies,including electrical,paint and more!
I was able to get what I needed,pay and leave in record time. It was my first visit so I will have to see how busy it gets on another day!

New Pro program is awesome, I used 5% discount and $30 off for the shipment. The staff are amazing. The store receives five star from me only because of Marcelle. She guided me to open the account, receive the discount, helped me for choosing what I was looking for and arranged an appropriate shipment.
I will definitely visit this location and specifically Marcelle, in my further RONA purchases.

Compared to Home Depot and Cdn Tire nearby, this Rona store has the best customer service. After we asked a staff member about certain Christmas lights, the staff came looking for us to make sure we were able to find the item. This never happens at Home Depot or Cdn Tire. This Rona store is very well organized and all items are so nicely displayed. It’s such a better shopping experience than the chaos at other home hardware stores.

Great help at the pro desk. down to earth and efficient on what they do. I needed shingles and they were able to readily help with my supply shopping and get me back on my project. exactly what I needed and didn't waste time.

Great place for home essentials & furnishings! One stop place. Staff are very professional, personable & informative. MGR Ken was superb with his assistance.

He went above & beyond in assisting my wife/I. He was patient & understanding & listened to what we wanted/needed. He took the time to educate me on what I was buying. I saw him doing so with several other customers too & always with a smile! He takes pride in his job

My husband Terry and I came to Rona this evening to purchase a lawn mower, Victoria went out of her way to help us find one and to call another store on our behalf. With staff, like Victoria, customers like us felt welcome and supported. Although we could not get a lawn mower at this store, we had such a positive experience. Thanks, Victoria!

Honestly an amazing experiences with Rona. We had completely missed our delivery. Our fault entirely. The dispatch team was so kind as to reschedule the same driver to deliver at a later time on the same day. The driver was back in under 15 minutes. They were all so kind and understanding. It was honestly such an amazing experience.

It's a hardware store and it has mostly everything you might need. They have a convenient cut shop for mainly wood and melamine. They cut pieces to fit in your car. They dont make precise cuts, so I would recommend going to a carpenter for that. If you're looking for TJI or LVL ect. You can order them here but the Martingrove location actually carries them.

I wish more people would visit Rona as the other big box stores. Rona has such great deals that consumers could take advantage of. I believe the more consumers, the better the deal would become. I also want to highlight the welcoming environment of the store. I had to use their auto wheel chair at the moment. People noticed and initiated some kind of chat.

Service especially cashier Yazmin was fast and helpful.

Thank you Payman! This manager went over and above assisting me. I'm a female with no experience in the building industry. Needed wood for a fence and deck and had a difficult contractor. Payman and incredible kind human being made my experience smooth and uncomplicated. Thank you so much Payman for a terrific job, I will forever be grateful.

Love this store! There's always staff around to help, or those around will very quickly help you find someone with the right expertise. I always get personalized advice on products - almost feels like a local store in that way, but it's a huge store with lots of options, and many products I can't find elsewhere.

I love RONA's service, I love these products, I love it's a Canadian company.
