I absolutely love this supermarket. The customer service is unmatched! The store is always cleans and the produce are always fresh. I am in LOVE with this bakery! The breads and the cheesecake 🤤🤤🤤. They also have some great deals on meats and every day item. I am now living for their $1.49 flyer sale!!!! And my little one LOVES the little cart and the big cart with the steering wheels!

This is our go to store. The people are amazing. Mostly Lynn, Paul and of course Tanya - Gold stars all around for these amazing people.

I am sure there are more but these are the ones that we usually deal with on a daily basis.

This is our go-to Save on Foods, the staff are the reason we come out this way.

I mean, the price too, but it's the people who make the experience.

Anyways, I was moved to do a review after 2 years of shopping here thanks to the excellent customer service from RJ.

RJ was an absolute rockstar when it came to customer service and ensuring we felt good during covid.

Super friendly, focused on customer service and asked our preferences for packing.

I was very impressed by his service, I felt he went above.

Will be on the look out for RJ next time were in!

Very busy shop, a lot of foot traffic. Staff is polite. The sushi here taste good. Over all have a lot to offer for grocery wise, the fresh food selection is great.

Recently I visited and filled out the store survey, I had included in my comments that I was wondering when a seasonal product would or if it was going to be available and the store manager personally reached out to me. He also reached out to me again when it was available. This is the sort of service you wouldn't get anywhere else.

Located right beside RCH, lots of free parking underground. There's lots of selections. The deli has the best price compared to other grocery stores.

Love, love, LOVE this location! They do it right every time! Huge fan of cashiers Licia and Carissa! They’re always so kind and cheerful! They have an excellent bakery department. Their staff members Sade and Nickayla were always professional and do great work! Would recommend this location to anyone near the Brewery District!

I wanted to use the public restroom, but I needed the code for the door. Ulises (sorry if the spelling is wrong) was busy working in the produce section. He quickly found the code for me. He was so pleasant and helpful. Thank you!

Interesting use of soup cans but if it ain't broke don't fix it. Friendly staff and clean atmosphere. Ample underground parking

The staff are wonderful at this store, with the exception of the bakery at times. They need to put out more potato buttermilk bread as it always sells out and it's the best! Yet, they don't even at multiple customer suggestion (I was there when another customer was suggesting the same thing..)

Since moving to the neighboring apartment building back in November 2020, this Save-On-Foods has become our neighborhood grocery store.
I’m not exaggerating when I say this, every single time we’ve purchased meat (chicken, seafood, steak, etc), it has been beyond fresh/perfect each time.
The rubs they have for their meats are loaded with flavor and the texture/quality of the meat is always as perfect as it gets.
Very thankful to be able to live across from a store that contains fresh produce and meats.
The entire floor staff is always friendly, kind and caring every time I go to check out.

Ok, I'm not shy about complaining.
But this is almost Impossible. 5 years on. All I could find to complain about left. (Some young English young dude with an attitude)
-Bakery is the best in all save on food . Well cooked everytime, I have had somefrom many stores, so it a good baking department believe me.
- staff must be we treated well, they are consistent, good positive attitude and service
-Great pharmacy, staff again seems.well treated.good knowledgeable.

Despite being a smaller location it seems to have a fairly complete selection and they appear to be doing a good job of stocking the shelves. The staff are friendly and there is free underground parking while you shop.

This store's floor plan was well laid out and very spacious. The food was mostly well stocked considering the trucks are stuck at the border. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

The shopping experience in this store reminds me a bit like Whole Foods because there is a rustic feel to the front of the store and the produce section. Sometimes we go out of our way to shop here because it has a better selection of groceries than our closest Save-On-Foods. The produce always looks fresh and the freezer section is huge. There is convenient free parking downstairs.

The most part I have been very satisfied with this service. There were a few bumps firstly back in 2020. But figured it out soon enough. First time today I had a very abrubt delivery person who didn't seem to favorable about my questions on the subs. Anyways he needs an attitude adjustment. Only other critique is to note that lowered quantities of subs aren't acceptable. My bad.

Can’t complain about this location. It’s not too big so finding your way to the proper aisle is easy. There is underground parking and parking at the side of the building. There aren’t too many people around this area so parking isn’t hard to find. Staff are nice and a few are chatty.

Top tier quality service. The very best among all other stores. Nobody can compete with Save On Foods. I tried with Walmart and they are not even close to this kind of service. DO NOT do curb side pick up or delivery with WALMART. They are over charging people for items they did not order. And they argue with you about it. USE SAVE ON FOODS.
