Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

As a contractor, I visited the store to buy some paint, and I was really impressed by the staff. They were amazing! To top it off, they even had some Portuguese food on offer, which was a nice surprise. I felt obligated to leave a nice review because they truly deserve it.

You deserve the best guys.

I've switched to using sherwin from a competitor a few months ago, frankly the customer service is far better than I could have hoped.

Paint quality is rather good, and the staff seem generally informed and helpful.

I had great, attentive, knowledgeable service at the Keele store Saturday, even though I arrived when there was just 15 minutes to spare before closing time. I knew my colours going in but needed advice on the primers to buy for two jobs in my house and got sound advice on both. Thank you!

I don't even live all that close by, but after my first time visiting this store I've never stopped coming back. Billy and the team here have helped me through every step of my renovation project! Every single room in my house has been subject to collaboration with the Sherwin Williams team at this location — and they are always so lovely to interact with. I really appreciate knowing I can give Billy a call with any questions, and always get spot on suggestions and immediate help. My partner and I will always be customers!! 10/10 would recommend

Went to this store when Home Depot was unable to colour match something for me. Staff were outstanding and did a perfect colour match. Two days later I returned with a more challenging colour match and they nailed it. Staff are 10+++

Very happy with the quality of SW's paints - we've purchased from this store for over 4 years and have painted interior walls, exterior doors, trims, tile and brick. All are holding up wonderfully and are easy to clean. We appreciate the help Billy has given us over the years. He is endlessly patient, friendly and knowledgeable... an incredible asset to Sherwin-Williams. We won't buy paint anywhere else.

The products are pretty great. They have price ranges and products for all projects and budgets.
The staff is really knowledgeable whether you are a professional or a total newbie.
There is a washroom but its not accessible. There is accessible parking as well as a few parking spots in front of the store.
The staff is really friendly at this location.

After a contractor botched a paint job and ghosted me, I came here and got some great advice from Jason. Who gave me several different ways to approach this fix job. Would recommend this store for their savant-like knowledge of SW products and paint in general.

I have used Sherwin-Williams paint throughout my home renovations - it is outstanding quality. The customer service received at each visit to the Keele Street location has been excellent, including accurate colour-matching. The paint is not cheap... but I have found the quality of coverage and finish consistently matches the premium price-tag.

Excellent customer service for curb side pick up during the lockdown. I bought Coloured paint and supplies, and the whole process was very smooth and easy. I received good advice on what type of paint to use.

Got sick and tired of using the milky type paints sold at home depot and lowes - came here on a recommendation. Believe the hype!! The staff is amazing and their product line is unbelievable. Mitch was extremely helpful and well informed - he really knew his stuff. He was able to paint match some old para colors for me and got them spot on!! Dont be afraid to ask questions here - they take time to explain everything and teach you. I am happy with the super paint for walls and the emerald urethane for trim. Highly recommended!! The team there is extremely helpful, they are very patient and answered all my questions. Made my painting project very straight forward, there are also a good supply of quality brushes and tools.

They were able to match a paint very close to the color I needed, even thought the original product didn't come from their stock
