I am surprised to see such a low score for spud! I’ve been using them weekly for the last year and have never had a complaint. My produce has always been fresh, and I love how you can subscribe and save money on stuff you regularly purchase. If you become a member you get great deals on lots of items, free delivery, and everything comes in plastic bins you just switch out your next delivery. Customer service has always been friendly and helpful for me as well. Great company that sells healthy, organic, and lots of local items! I hate grocery shopping so this is great for me :)

I’ve been using spud now for at least three years. I have always appreciated the service and willingness to come and deliver groceries out where we live which is quite remote for a company to provide such an outstanding service. I also fine the price is always reasonable. Furthermore, their delivery driver is now like a friend and we are always happy to have a chat when he arrives, amazing customer service and professionalism. I’d also like to add that nobody’s perfect and whenever there has been an issue, they have provided us with great resolutions that are fair. I also appreciate the abundance of products that they sell that are local, organic, and sustainable for the most part and are putting an effort to that process.

I have been using SPUD for a couple of months now and have found them to be outstanding. The selection is great, the produce is amazing, the pricing is fair and their customer service is first class. They have been nothing short of amazing when there has been an issue - even when it has been my fault (ordering something it turned out didn't work for me). Call me one very happy client - especially in these challenging times!

I discovered Spud last year, and it's become my #1 place to grocery shop. The prices for organic produce are awesome, they have incredible weekly sales, and everything is fresh, high-quality, and delicious. Ordering groceries online has saved me SO much time and hassle every week, and it feels good to support a company with such a large focus on supporting locally grown farmers and small businesses. We have been using SPUD for over a decade and while there have been ups and downs over the years, I sincerely feel that they deserve the 5-star rating. Post-pandemic has seen its challenges with supply but SPUD has adapted and improved. I appreciate their service and highly recommend membership.

Really enjoying my experience with Spud so far! Thus far I have had a welcoming and easy time using this food-delivery system. So many perks such as knowing I will be receiving quality produce & grocery as well as it is quite affordable when it comes to organic and healthy options~ Minor mistakes with my orders but if you've got patience, it all works out (They'll even credit you for items they couldn't provide/you didnt pay for yet)!

I have been ordering from SPUD since the start of the pandemic. I started ordering from them because of their free delivery service, but I will continue to order from them for many other reasons. They carry many products that are locally grown, raised, and produced which doesn’t just ensure freshness and quality for me but also supports local producers and reduces the impact on the environment. They carry many organic products and environmentally friendly beauty and household products. Many of these products are produced locally. They use minimal single use plastic - wrapping produce in paper to protect it, delivering orders in returnable plastic bins rather than plastic bags, protecting perishable and frozen products with returnable insulated bags and gel packs, and accepting returnable glass bottles and jars. They have a points program that allows me to exchange points for dollars to apply to future orders. At the end of each invoice they tell me the average distance items in my order travelled to reach their warehouse. These are just some of the reasons I give SPUD a 5-star rating, and why I will continue to order my groceries from them.

Have been shopping at Spud for a couple of years now. Have found them to be consistent and reliable. Their fresh produce is top notch. On the rare occasion I have had to call their service department I found their response to be prompt and they corrected the oversight in a means that was above and beyond my expectations. Their service and product variety over my time with them has continued to grow and improve. For example, they use to deliver in my area only on Fridays and now it is 7 days a week. Fantastic company that really supports local products!

Ok, I am shocked to see such low reviews about Spud. I recently signed up and have done a few deliveries now, and have had a really great experience with them overall!

First of all i'm just impressed with how fast it all is. I can put my order in on a Sunday evening and have my groceries for the week by Monday and as someone who works a lot it is just so convenient as I don't usually have time to grocery shop

Second of all the customer service is great - the delivery drivers dropping off my orders are always really upbeat yet professional and so far the customer service seems good :)

The only "problem" I ever really had was one time my lettuce arrived kind of wilted but they credited me back literally right after seeing this in a survey I took about my delivery

Also prices are super reasonable for most things, good quality and fresh. My produce has always arrives in really great shape/ not over ripe 99.9% of the time :D

We've been ordering from Spud for 2.5 years now. The food is fresh and delicious, and the fact that there is minimal packaging is one of the main reasons I love ordering from them.
Their service has not been perfect over the 2.5 years, sometimes food has arrived damaged, or products have "shorted" (which I know is not necessarily their fault), but they have always remedied the issue very quickly. I have found that in the past year their service has only improved despite the strain Covid put on their business. There have hardly been any "shorted" products lately, and if they are, Spud has been replacing them with a similar product which I really appreciate.
To be able to access local/organic food so easily is what makes their service so appealing.
It feels good to support a local company that is doing their part to reduce carbon emissions. Thanks Spud!

I rarely give out 5 stars, but I can't find anything to criticize with this service! I have been around the block 3-4 dozen times with meal prep services etc and these guys just knock it out of the park! The produce is literally gorgeous, the selection is next level, their deliveries are timely and organized, they go out of their way to be environmentally aware and sustainable - which is huge for a vegan climate ecology student! The only question it leaves me wondering, is when even the fully plant-based section is 5300 items long, where the heck do they put it all 😂 10/10 will continue to order from them for the rest of ever, I absolutely love them.

Spud has been awesome for two years. I've really appreciated this service during the pandemic. The customer service is fabulous. They go above and beyond. Sometimes one or two products have been shorted by the supplier at the last minute, but they make logical substitutions and they communicate really well. The quality is always great. I am extremely grateful for Spud!! THANK YOU

Have been using Spud for about 1.5 years now. Love their juice smoothies. Delivery is always on time. Confirmation is right away. Website easy to use. When order produce it is always fresh. Love the specials. This time they even gave me a sample of olive oil as a surprise. Thanks for great service

Have been using Spud for about 6 months now. Love the convenience of online shopping & delivery device to my front door. A few times I got the wrong item or something was missing but they credited me back right away. Good selection of products in all categories and prices are OK. It saves me time shopping this way plus gas and I do not overspend which is easy to do when in an actual Supermarket. Delivery times convenient, maybe only once so far later than had hoped. All in all I would recommend this great service.

SO GOOD! My orders are always perfect. Sometimes items are out of stock but they'll let you know and take it off your invoice. Customer Service is AMAZING, delivery drivers are SO nice, and the warehouse teams clearly care about what they're packing. <3

Very impressed! I'm picky about the quality of my produce and everything arrived in perfect quality and condition. Great care taken to keep cold stuff cold. Prices were equal to or better than where I normally shop! Will definitely be making spud my weekly grocery shop because I can save money and time and get just as good or better stuff than if I went to my local store. P.s. they also have items I have wanted and couldn't find at my local store! Again, I'm very impressed :)

I loved my first delivery of SPUD. My order came as expected and I like to think that I am contributing to sustainability in a small way! I love the organic and local options!! Ordering was easy, receiving was easy. I am going to used this service again :)

Great selection of products overall. Sometimes on rare occasion the produce could be more fresh. But if you are not satisfied you can request a refund. Delivery times vary each time, but things arrive well packed and fresh. Overall life is easier with SPUD Delivery. I find that price-wise its the same as all other major groceries like Safeway etc.
