Foodland - Lakefield

Great, little grocery store. I hadn't been there in awhile, but enjoyed my return visit. They have everything you need in a grocery store.

The in-store and hot foods are fantastic.

Open 24/7! I have a three month old baby and thank GOD they were open at night so we could buy more formula when we ran out. Everyone there was so polite (and I know what it’s like working the graveyard shift… it’s hard work! It’s exhausting!) … every employee was an absolute delight. So kind and helpful. It’s an expensive grocery store, but such a convenience that they’re open all night! Great service.

Large selection and friendly staff. Store is very clean, well organized, and conveniently open 24 hours a day. They often give back to the community as well!

One of very few stores in the Peterborough area that is open 24 hours. Great selection of groceries and meats in this good size store. Staff are ready to help. Their bakery selection is wonderful and lots of choices if you need something special.

Great store not very big but has everything you need a must is buying a hotdog outside from the ladies so nice.

Exactly what you need for a small town grocery store. It's got a huge selection, including some local shirts and merchandise. I was also able to get a personalized and delicious birthday cake there last minute! Staff are always friendly and helpful!

For a Foodland, I love this store. I enjoy the bakery and the friendly staff. They have great barbeques during the summers, as well as on nice days in spring and fall.
I have never had anything to complain about with the quality of anything they sell.
The parking lot is big and always busy. Sometimes it's hard to find a spot right away but one always opens up.
The entrance is level to the ground and the doors are automated.

Way better than Norwood foodland.

I have never had a bad experience here. I love everything and every department! Well stocked, clean, great sales and easy to find in store. Staff are very friendly and efficient. I love I can get boxes instead of bags. I drive 26 km to shop here!

Very convenient, and the staff are awesome! Lots of parking and the quality of food is great. It's so convenient since they open at 7am on Saturday. Store is clean, food selection is good. Just wish they had more vegetarian burger options.

Always have ripe bananas and large size eggs. And local produce too!! Being a small town store, prices are a bit higher than city stores - but that is expected! Staff are friendly and helpful, and a good selection of gluten free items as well!

Super convenient for those late night runs if you live a good distance away. Surprisingly they had plenty of deals going on and have a decent sized space. Staff was really friendly as well. It's somewhat comforting to do shopping at night when there's only 2 other people in the store.
