Came here to pick up the Apple Series 6 watch for my wife and had a very pleasant and informative experience with the customer service gentlemen who attended me his name is Christopher, he was very patient, polite and explained well to me how to setup up the apple watch for my wife and gave me some great tips to protect it as well! Thank you for being helpful and kind, my wife will enjoy this watch very much no doubt !

Had a great experience there yesterday as David helped us to upgrade phones sort out plans. He worked hard to get us the best possible phones and plans. I really appreciated his knowledge, friendliness, and helpfulness.

First of all, The line is ridiculous. You guys need more employees. Shahad was extraordinary and made my 30min wait well worth it. I went in for an upgrade and left with a much better tv package than what ive had for the last 4 years. I wouldnt have switched if she wasnt so adamant about the service and the reliability. 10/10
