Walmart Supercentre

It's not everyday you experience a family medical emergency while shopping. Yesterday was that day for my family. I can only express praise and gratitude to the walmart associates and manager Elise as well as the pharmacist for assisting me in a calm manner to call 911, call out a code of alert and greeting the paramedics and firefighters at the door to lead them to us. My grandson Azzy, the light of my heart had a febrile seizure and stopped breathing. The associates and staff were supportive and followed their procedures with ease making this experience an easier one. My grandson is stable, all in part because of Cornwall's Walmart associates and management's quick and efficient response.
Not everyday for our family but THIS Walmart experiences health emergencies regularly.

Walmart are usually great, but they vary in how well stocked the shelves are. Been a while now that the stores no longer feel welcoming likely because they'd rather you shop and place orders online, which makes sense due to the high cost of living leading to theft.

This review is based on the interaction with one of Walmart's employees; Visited this store on May 29, 2023. Lise D, the cashier who served us at closing time, was very friendly, courteous and helpful.

Very nice staff. They are courteous all the time. Only issue I find is there should be some spare baskets in which things that fall on floor by slipping or accidently by the customers, can be put into. Otherwise customers put those dirty ones back with good stuff on the shelves or baskets. Or there can be signs in place to guide customers. Let's keep citizens healthy happy aware and smiling 😃

Walmart is fantastic for my groceries and pretty much everything you need! The fact I can now purchase all my groceries online and have them even delivered to my home (being I don't drive) this has been a fantastic experience! And I am continuing as the convenience is absolutely incredible!!

I use this super center for online grocery pick up! It's so easy and convenient. I'm able to place my order day/night before while the kids are in bed and pick up next day without issue! They pick the freshest of produce and meats and I've yet to have any problems. I've used this service so much that they've given me $15 off my next 4 online orders! I will continue to use this service which is both quick and efficient.

Arrived to stay overnight with our rv. Signs posted saying no overnight parking, however; staff welcomed us and we stayed the night. Despite being in a busy spot with restaurants and the LCBO nearby, it was a quiet night. Nice to hear the trains!! Recommend!!

Had the most wonderful experience at Walmart in the toy section this morning. Ask for help and received exactly that, by the manager of the toys.
Trish was amazing with her information and yes because of her, I brought a bike. That truly made my day to receive such great service. Need more people like Trish who enjoy there job....

Walmart is a store like any other, Some like it, And some don't.. For me though I think its a good spot to get around in.. And the handicapped drivers are good as I cant walk far.. Mostly the Staff is friendly though folks have off days its a thing called being human..

Great service ! Consistent quality in food . Unlike other taco bells I've visited , food is ALWAYS hot and fresh.

The restaurant itself is dirty in the lobby. (Doesnt bother me one bit ) but it definitely could bother others.

Shelves were always full during this pandemic, In which I truly loved, all great to see new employees who are excellent after their first month, service is quick and great, the store offers a speed self checkout lane to skip the lines whenever your in a rush to get from one place to another.

It has become a full new plaza which will be adding Winners very shortly and it brings population to the small wonderful city of Cornwall.

Its about Ryan. He was manager in electronics. He gave a really good service while i was buying a new phone. Great experience dealing with him.

This is a fantastic Walmart. Very friendly and strong transaction efficiency. Biggest issue is their inventory management. They seem to have a chronic shortage on some items which damages their ability to be a one stop shop.

Well I want to say I am extremely impressed with Wal Mart store in Cornwall Ontario a very busy store and the selection of goods in stock I am happy found two pairs of jeans in Ontario I am from Montreal Quebec the stores in our province have banned the purchase of clothes deeming them non essential why is that .I find it no sense at all well Ontario has the right attitude in customer service great job ..Ontario yo

Always a friendly greeting. They showed me what filters needed to be replaced. Always a positive environment. And most of all felt like part of the KIA family.
