Get a paper ticket at the first till near the door for each empty 5 gallon water jug if your just swapping an empty for a full.
There's an older lady that works there that is absolutely the BEST employee Coop has.

Shopping here was a joy! The layout was very stylish, and their business seemed quite busy.

The team members were definitely bustling around to compensate for this. I saw fresh sushi, and hot foods being prepared and stocked while shopping, and was greeted a number of times.

The signage here was large and accessible. Worth switching your weekly supermarket!

It's a bright, beautiful and well-run and stocked store. There's a bakery, deli, fresh meat, fresh flowers and hot prepared foods, and sushi too, and more!
All the staff are so friendly and very helpful! I love living so close.

Never underestimate the value that excellent cashiers bring to the shopping experience. This store has a music and it is from the staff not the canned music from the P.A. system that brings me back. Welcoming, caring, efficient, kind and friendly. I will never use the self checkout because I need this experience in my shopping.

I live in a different area in my city from the Co-Op but when I'm in that area I have to go there the stores so clean and everything is so fresh they also have very helpful and friendly staff. keep up the good work Southcountry

Incredible selection, beautifully laid out store. Probably one of the best CO OP's I've been to in a long time. And apparently you really have to try the crab stuff chicken breasts, so we bought that for supper.

Very clean ,staff helped me find the things even when they were refilling the shelves. Very concerned i got all my things i forgot the mans name. Hes a keeper. I shop on 13 th Avenue. I was very impressed.

Always a friendly place to shop.

It's a one stop shop which is great and customer service is good. The pharmacy staff are very helpful and very friendly. The pharmacists are very knowledgeable and I find that they go the extra mile to sort out whatever is needed to help you.

Well laid out store and the staff was super helpful and friendly. Safeway management should visit and take some notes.

What’s not to like when you’ve got friendly staff and great selection of stuff to choose from?

K, first of all, the sweetest (older lady) answered the phone, and when I asked if she could transfer me to the bakery, she replied with "of course dear, just give me a second" - but it reminded me of how my grandma used to say it so my heart melted.
Then Carly answered the phone in the bakery, and with very little knowledge or direction from me, was able to magically decipher what I needed and took care of it all without question, and was laughing and so happy to help.
This isn't the closest place for me to get groceries or baking, but with this level of service and kindness, it doesn't matter if I have to drive across town!! So Thank you!!

Definitely my go to for groceries. Both locations are spacious and well laid out, and typically very well stocked for produce and meat. Can't speak for their baked goods, though, as I'm a baker and dont need to purchase them!

We stopped by the deli for lunch. Could not decide what we wanted. Debby was a great help. Lunch was amazing. She is a fine example of amazing customer service.

All the co-ops in medicine hat are very clean with awesome customer service. I really hope they go back to full service gas stations before winter once this Covid has settled down.

This is the best grocery store in medicine hat in my opinion. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and the produce is always fresh. This store supports local producers as well.
