Toutes les pièces d'équipement que j'ai achetées avec lui sont le choix parfait, très confortables, et je n'ai eu aucun problème avec mes performances sur la glace. Dernièrement, j'ai eu une pièce d'équipement qui ne m'avait pas bien été recommandée. J'avais peur car c'était pour un gros montant, et il m'a accommodé en reprenant la pièce en question et m'a guidé vers le choix parfait pour moi. Je dirais que j'étais agréablement surpris car je reçois rarement un service client aussi bon, et ce même pour des achats peu coûteux. Je recommande l’expertise d’Alex et de son magasin à quiconque cherche une pièce d'équipement de hockey pour eux-mêmes ou pour leurs enfants.
