This place is really a blast from the past - a memento from a time before major retail chains engulfed the strip mall.

Here you will find shops like you remember, where the people running them have skin in the game, where they care about their products and the customers they cater to.

A vacuum repair shop, artists supplies boutique, and a hobby emporium are just a few of the superettes at Point Claire Plaza.

The halls are narrow, with brick flooring worn by foot traffic over many years. The shops are small, and folks here meander instead of scramble to their destination. This isn't the Eaton Centre - and that's a good thing.

If you visit, you may or may not leave with a full shopping bag, but you'll certainly leave with a feeling of nostalgia for a time gone by.

This unassuming mall has just a little bit of everything, from physiotherapy and gaming to math tutoring and getting your nails done. Seriously, walk through here and have a look for yourself; ou'll find more than one thing to peak your interest.

Big names like Uniprix and SAQ but also love the small mom and pop shops. I like that I can go to Metro, buy my kid a winter jacket, take music lessons, karate, Kumon, buy socks, buy gift bags at Plaza Dollar, donate items at Nova or buy items at Nova and see an optometrist in one building. Love Swiss Vienna.

Great smallish mall with an interesting mix of shops, some you don't often find in other places. You'll find an old style bakery with a large selection of goods. There is a store that carries mostly goods from England. Need a barber ? You have one here. Jewelry store with very friendly owner is in mall too. Looking for shoes? Here too. The atmosphere in the mall is very relaxed, not like mega malls.

Quaint and nice there are no box stored. And best of all dogs allowed.

Busy little mall with a variety of stores not seen in most malls, including an antique store, hobby shop, collectors' store (stamps, coins, etc) and small boutiques. Only mall that is dog friendly.

I love this mall. It may be showing its age, but that's part of its charm. There's a good mix of stores serving the community, and it has several crucial anchors: a grocery store, an SAQ, a pharmacy, a bank and Clio, one of the island's only independent English bookstores. It hosts community events and feels more welcoming and human-sized than Fairview or any of the massive plazas elsewhere on the West Island. I try to do most of my shopping here.

Great place for all your needs, and more
Always like a home style mall, every one
Know each other from doing business for years, which I like, and still around today, compared too those big stuffy malls, and shall dissappear quickly.
Hey everyone let's support our small malls, a shop local.
Thanks
Guy

Very cute place with a "dead mall" aesthetic (but actually plenty of people around), feels like a 90s time capsule. Highly recommend.

I really like this small mall. It has everything. No big box stores but they have clothing stores, shoe stores, bank, antique store, drug store, hardware store, area rugs, shoe repair, tailor and much more. It is older but it’s clean and well kept. The thing I like the most is you don’t feel rushed, it is not crowded and good size parking spaces and guess what they have several entrances with ample parking so there is no need to walk 500 meters to go in the mall. There is a taxi stand and local bus nearby.
