Super friendly and very professional. I had two very old Samsung phones that were not charging. They told me the only reason it was not charging was because it had a lot of dirt in the charging port. They then went ahead and cleaned the port and the amount of effort they put in really blew me away. And it was done at no charge. Thank you so much! I really appreciate the kind gesture. Am very impressed with the service and proffesionalism of Elan and everyone at the Dollard location. These guys were great. Brought in a frozen laptop - Not only did they fix it within a couple of hours - but because it was easier than they thought - they even gave me a break on the bill - Very much appreciated.

This is the place to go with your devices . Owen you're the best. I thought my laptop needed a tune up. After checking he explained for my needs all was running well. Then i asked about my cellphone and he helped me organize the apps and taught me how to lock my screen. He didn't charge me and I offered to buy him a coffee next door at least. Nope! Others tried to sell me what I didn't need for$325. Thanks Owen very much appreciated 👍

Went there with a cracked screen on my pixel pro 7 and had to have the screen completely replaced. The job was completed within 2 hours and the phone is working perfectly. Thank you very much for the quick service!

I visited mobileklinik today as I had a problem with my charging port. I've been having problems charging my phone as the charger could not connect fully to the charging port.. the tech owen immediately identified the problem. There was guck dust dirt blocking the entry thus not letting the charger connect properly.. he cleaned it made sure it worked.it worked perfectly 👌.. owen was very professional and explained the possible problems that it could be. I asked how much and he didn't even charge me! Wow I was stunned .. I thanked him and thought that was a great gesture.. saved me time and headaches and no charge.. a rare thing.. definently will be back for any problems.. highly recommend this place.. top notch service and knowledge.. thanks again guys..

Dropped in last week as my iPad was locked. Elan fixed it in a flash. Always a pleasure to speak with the staff there, they are so pleasant to us mortals and so helpful. I told Elan that he walks on water!

Listen, I’m not the most tech savvy person, but I got a piece of rice stuck in the port to charge your phone. Not knowing how to get it out or what to do I just went to them real quick thinking someone’s gonna charge me an arm and a leg and I’ll have to keep my phone overnight. They explain to me that the rice doesn’t really work and I’m glad to know that for any future incidence. But most importantly, I think I took them less than 15 seconds to get a little piece of rice out. Of course I asked how much anything I said don’t worry about it the least I can do is leave a good review and highly recommend them even for the simplest tasks

Spots off the chain! Never received service like this they fixed my S4 and my Note and did an amazing job at it! They are certified in Samsung, google and LG always an honest and friendly staff. Clean store and fair prices!

Great Service, I could not hear on the phone call, only on speaker. I have geek squad. That did nothing to help. Even though I have paid them over $250 for the extended guarantee. Ybreakifix, 10 done and out the door. No charge. Amazing service
