I've always had very pleasant experiences when I've gone into IDA. Everyone has been very nice and helpful, the one time I had to use the pharmacy the pharmacist at dealt with was very knowledgeable and helped me out quite a bit. They used to print out people's prescription lists, which I've heard has been really helpful for friends of mine.

A down home friendly drugstore with smiling happy faces. The manager and her staff always go out of there way to get you whatever you need and the pharmacy staff are always onto of their game. There is always a positive atmosphere and happy friendly voices!!

Great pharmacy, and friendly staff.
I moved here from Mississauga not long ago and transferred my prescription(s) with no problem at all.
Kudos to Cathy who has a great memory and is always helpful.
I highly recommend IDA in Durham.

I'm just lost going in a drug store. They have always been happy to help me. Never have waited long on subscriptions. The only thing that has been an issue is parking. No parking lot. Street side or around the block.
