Askew's Foods

The Askews Grocery is a great local grocer. The manager insures that the fresh food is quality, the meat is quality and that the shelves are stocked. The prices are comparable to the larger city, with somethings more expensive and some are cheaper. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

They do absolutely amazing for our small town store they have am amazing variety don't even miss bigger city stores at all

Been coming here annually for years as our family cabin is up the highway towards Vernon -- great assortment of groceries and the price I'd say is extremely reasonable for being the ONLY grocery store in the town that sees a lot of traffic. Nice to see a grocery store that isn't just trying to gouge every customer.

Everytime we visit the cabin we come here for supply runs. Staff is always friendly and they offer apples to the young children. Pricey but not out of line considering there's nothing else around it.

The staff is curtious, kind and offers helpful friendly service. Good selection of product and I love that they sell and support Dutchman Dairy. Big fan!

Picked up a cake here wednesday, staff was very helpful, store was clean, and the cake was delicious as well as reasonably priced. The employee who helped us with our order was very helpful, the message he wrote on our cake looked fantastic. Would deffinetly stop here again if I'm ever in the area.

My family and I are quarantining for 14 days after entering Canada and would have died of starvation by now if it weren't for Askews Sicamous! They've been really helpful over email and telephone, and they even deliver on the same day.

Decent selection of foods that should cover most of your needs. The store is absolutely packed to fit all the different types of products you'd normally see in a much bigger store like Superstore.

Great store, they have their own deli and bakery. They offer really fresh fruits and veggies. It is the one and only store in town but it's got everything anyone would ever need while staying in Sicamous.

Like a lot of people, I was just visiting the area and needed groceries. Came to this store and it was very busy, even so, all the staff were patient and friendly, the shelves were stocked and the place was very clean. Great overall experience.

Whenever we are out for a sled trip, this is our stop for steaks for the muffpot and any extras we need. Big selection and reasonable prices what more could you ask for

Askews is an Okanagan gem, and a surprisingly heavy hitter in the grocery game in their area. They’ve got tons more selection packed into a smaller footprint than you’d expect, and the staff are great. The new Salmon Arm uptown location is practically a work of art just in the building scheme, plus the above mentioned selection and good staff. I know some hardcore Askews-only shoppers, and I get it! If I lived in a town they were in, I think this would be my go-to place as well 👍🏻
