Overall very impressed with this pet store. The staff are friendly, a great selection of products and overall cleanliness of the store was wonderful. This is by far my dogs favourite store!

Came here last wednesday night after picking up our puppy fron the airport. He was very messy after being in a crate for so long. We called a couple of places to see if we could get him a bath but could only find this place at 8:30pm. Came in, the staff were so friendly and helpful. One of them saw we had no clue what to do and decided to go above and beyond and basically teach us hand by hand how to properly wash a puppy. So thankful for him. After our puppy was taken care of I started trying to clean the cage, he decided that he'll take care of it so I can spend time with my husband and puppy picking out the right collar and leash. Can't wait to come back here again. They definitely weren't required to do any of that but thank goodness they did. Thank you guys so much and see you soon!

Fish shop is an extremely personable shop bring your dog for sure it's very Hands-On often free samples very well acquainted store with plenty of riding and some great toys your dogs will love. They gave my dog so many treats she didn't want to leave.

Really good customer service! First time having a pet puppy, they helped us with everything.

I live 5m away from this pet shop and they happen to have the raw food brand I always buy for my little puppy. The staff are super nice and very friendly. Keep up the good vibe!

Meghanb and another two staff helped me today, I really appreciate your advice.
My kitty has a quarter size patch of fur missing under his chin after he eats cat grass, he seems very itchy, now it’s bleeding, even I called my Vet but they were very busy. I told one of your male staff about my situation. A lady called Meghanb(I got her name from my receipt), she gave me some first aid items, thank you very very much!

This place is great. Its cheaper then bosleys by significant margins (for the exact same stuff) and there is always enough staff, so you get help right away. I always drive a little further to swing by this place for my pet stuff.

Two young fellows befriended my 15-yr-old kitty and sure made she felt welcomed. It was a wonderful experience to witness. They were helpful, knowledgeable about their product lines and great ambassadors for Pet Food & More!

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and wide aisles. Well stocked with good variety. And they are willing to let the Dog taste-test treats. All good! (plus ask about the return policy)

Very friendly store staff, lots of selection for pet accessories and day to day needs.

Their pricing is incredibly fair too.

We came here for cat supplies like liter and were checking out trees!

Always love coming to Pet Food 'N More for excellent customer service and a wide range of products. The workers here are always so knowledgeable and helpful. They greet everyone with a smile on their faces and are always more than happy to answer your questions. Plus, they also make it easy to get your order ready for you ahead of time, and will follow up with a call to let you know when to come in to pick it up. Great location with plenty of parking too!

They have a great selection of food here for cats and dogs that are competitively priced. The staff are always friendly, courteous and helpful. They are attentive and remember their regulars. Calvin in particular has been very helpful on multiple occasions. He's helped me call companies to see if he can order in certain products for me. I used to live in their neighbourhood, so I visited regularly. I have since moved further away, but I still come back to Pet Foods 'N More to say hi and to buy supplies for my cat every so often.

A great neighborhood pet store (super market size). They are well organized, clean and carry good range of products. They may not have the most competitive price, but you can always find some good deals on different products every time you visit the store. Their staffs are very friendly too, just ask them and you will receive A+ service.

We’ve been going to this store for our dogs for the past 5 years. They’re really good with ordering things for you if you can’t find it at their stores and will bring it in at reasonable prices.
They also have a loyalty program for buying dog food so you get a free bag after 12 bags.

This particular location has a self wash area for you to wash your pets and is also one of the larger locations.

Store manager was so helpful in finding pet food for my senior dog! Highly recommend
