I had a fantastic experience at the convenience store today! The Indian management was incredibly friendly and polite, making my visit all the more enjoyable. Their warm hospitality really stood out, and I'll definitely be returning soon! Additionally, I was impressed by the variety of items available, from groceries to fresh produce. It's great to have such a well-stocked store nearby.

Visited the convenience store today and was greeted by the friendly staff. They were so polite and made my trip pleasant. Plus, they have everything you need – snacks, drinks, household essentials – all in one place. The store layout was easy to navigate, and they even had a great selection of grab-and-go items. Definitely coming back!

One of my favourite convenience stores. All of the staff who work the cashier and lotto machines are super friendly and genuinely helpful.

Also feels like a lucky store for winning lottery tickets - as I noticed someone won the $500K winning ticket from this store.

I made a mistake on my own accord and went back to double check with the cashier who was very patient with me, because I thought he made a mistake - but it was my miscalculation.

Principles only mean something during times of inconvenience- and the people working this evening were amazingly graceful, patient and helpful. I apologize for my mistake and thanks for doubling checking!

Great selection of snacks, groceries and home essentials. The renovations look amazing and the place is always clean. Owners are friendly and good with COVID restrictions. So pleased with the updates to this place since it changed owners!

Fantastic renovation and the staff is so much nicer than the last owners, total improvement with everything!

Went here a lot. BUT, the cashiers in the shop are extremely clueless!! and rude.. no customer service awareness 👎👎👎

I just went to the store with my brother to get a few things and this Indian girl cashier is too busy watching the camera thinking we’re stealing.. how are you going to open business in a community where there’s lots of black people and think everyone is going to steal? I asked her about it then she blames her manager saying they told her to do it. Majority of your customers are black and no one would feel comfortable shopping where they feel uncomfortable to make it worst disrespected! Do better or shut this junk place down.. majority of y’all snacks and foods are EXPIRED! How about y’all go check the expiration dates instead of thinking every black person who comes in are thieves.. I can call the health and safety people and have them come take a look at y’all expired stuff.. DO BETTER OR MOVE OUT OF OUR NEIGHBORHOOD! Always remember be polite bc you never know who comes to your store !

Used to like going here but recently I’ve been getting treated like a thief when I live across the road from there.Its ridiculous having being treated like this when I stop there to buy a drink before work or after work ,sometimes some light groceries.The cashier who just served me minutes ago was extremely rude to my sister and I .Definitely will not ever go back there and don’t recommend going there cause if this is how they treat their customers they don’t deserve our money .

The service has changed from a few years back in this store. There was a nasty skinny East Indian young lady with whatsoever no manners in this store at 5:30 pm today Sept 24, 2021. She was not at the counter when my senior mom entered the store. My mom called “anyone here” a few times and here comes this girl scolding my mom saying “I told you I am with a customer”.and said more. My mom was trying to tell her she didn’t hear anyone when this little dried girl rudely said “ok, what do you want now”. My mom was shaken by her mouthy behaviour and told her she doesn’t need anything and left. I was in the car and went in to ask for the owner. She said she doesn’t give information and then I asked her why she was rude to my 80yr old mom. Honest to God, she has a mouthy attitude and started cutting me off while I was trying to tell her my mom’s side of the story. She started talking over me saying “you weren’t here”. Adding insult to an injury insinuating lying on our part. She said to call the number on the receipt or write a review.
I just raised my voice and told here she has no customer service skills treating an old 80 lady like that and I that she is talking over me. I left after repeatedly saying that she was not raised right.
One is helpless when your aging parents are attacked. I wish her a life filled with meeting 20x her nasty self frequently.
It didn’t even cross my mind to write a review. I am taking her challenge. I feel sad going after a young girl like this. I wish she was rude to me instead…to my mom is unacceptable. To the seriously aging frail people, these type of encounters bring permanent fear in them.

They don't even deserve a ⭐ and will never get one from me ever again!!! My granddaughter and I went in around 2:50 -3:00 pm, to check my lotto tickets and for my granddaughter to grab some sweets, my granddaughter went to pay and this Rude old lady, went and budded in front of my granddaughter and I said... "My granddaughter was paying for her items and she was here first!" The rude old lady (blonde and wearing a creamy white outfit), said... "I don't care, I need to go to work!" So the woman behind the counter took the old lady first!! What kind of customer service is that????? THAT IS THE LAST TIME I EVER SET FOOT IN THIS DISRESPECTFUL ESTABLISHMENT!!! THE "Q-MARKET!" on Dundas St West. The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!

My granddaughter and I followed the old blonde person and she didn't have to work at all, we followed far enough to know, she was on her way home!!!! 🤬

Is my granddaughter a nobody??? That's what the teller thought!!! 😮

P.S. The same woman as before, the last time when this rude teller was working!! The one that ripped me off the last time for $10.00 (I wouldn't go in there, if I were you)!!

Indian lady is rude wish her nothing but the worst

Had a Indian women terrible service not much to choose from lady was very rude will never be coming here again
