I Contacted Holiday Group about my damaged Swiss Gear suitcase and to be honest I wasn’t expecting to get anywhere but I was blown away when I received amazing customer support from Mohammed in Quebec. I cannot thank you enough for how quick you sent me my replacement suitcase, which was the exact same model as my old one except it was an upgrade.

I’m so impressed with the 10 warranty that they offer on their suitcases.

Travelpro Platinum Elite Expandable Spinner Luggage 22-Inch, Shadow Black, Model:409182201, front pouch zipper had failed in 5 months. Since it was under warranty, they sent me replacement in a very short time. I would like to thank customer care supervisor Mr. Mohammed for his excellent service.

I contacted Holiday Group about a damaged wheel on my Travelpro suitcase. I was told that they don't have the replacement wheel yet as the item was a newer model. I decided to wait a bit as the wheel could become available. After a few month I call them as I was planning to travel soon and wanted a full replacement under warrantee. I was told that damaged wheel is not covered, however I pointed out that on their website states it is covered. I was transferred to Mohammed and he said he would look into it and get back to me in a week. I followed up after 2 week and left him a message and then followed up again the following week and no response. I just notice just updated their website so now it doesn't show damage by airlines is covered under warrantee. Terrible service from Mohammed, supervisor. I would recommend you not to by any travelpro or Swiss Gear products as they will sell you on their great warrantee but when it is time to use it the answer is not coverage if you can even get hold of someone there.

I have filed a warranty claim in october and still no reply on their end. Good luck getting them to answer the phone.
