Healthy Planet - Mississauga West

I dropped by a few weeks ago looking for a specific product. I asked the first associate I saw where I could find the product and they were unsure. They offered to get another associate that could help me so I waited. Natalie then came to help me - she let me know the product I had been looking for is available online only. I then asked her a question about the product I was looking for and a similar one - what the difference was, would she recommend one over the other, etc... The answer she provided me was exceptional. She let me know the difference between each product, what ingredient was different between the two and shared her experience with the product and a similar one too. She was knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

This was my second time visiting a Healthy Planet store, first time visiting this store and I will definitely be back!

Clean and well organized store with friendly and knowledgeable staff who consistently go above and beyond to provide you with information about any product I need. I’m more than satisfied with this store.

I had an amazing consultation with lady. She got me set up on the vitamins I needed, based on my supplement list. Such a wealth of knowledge.

Just an amazing experience at their Mississauaga location on Dundas( I usually shop at the oakville location). If you need health advice, talk to lady, she's very knowledgeable and personable.

The is my preferred location to come to. Each person that works here is welcoming, helpful and kind. I frequently come here to pick up produce and health goods. I am always grateful to have healthy selections at economical prices. If I were to give feedback it would be to have more selections of meat products. Thanks HP Mississauga West for all you do.

The people there were very kind and respectful. Zaki helped me find me the products that I needed.

All the healthy things that you can eat it is there. Also vitamins that can enhance your daily living. I find,things are a little pricey, seeing that I am a senior. Buy what you can afford and you will benefited from it. A quite friendly place to shop, and an excellent customer service, and employees are willing to help you. I will visit again. By the way, have been there several times. You should try it.

Update: Natalie, is very well informed on various supplements and will guide you well if you have any queries. What I love about her is that she will not push you to buy products that are unnecessary for your body and will thoroughly understand your systemic situation before recommending any product.

I've visited this store over 4 times since it opened and it has always lived up to its expectations. All the members of the staff go above and beyond to provide a smooth and pleasant customer service. They always have a smile on their faces and will ensure you get all your product queries answered. The store is also very well organised. It should probably win the 'cleanest store award' of Mississauga 🙂 I'm glad this place exists a stone's throw from my house. It's my one stop shop for organic veggies, plant based detergents, supplements, vegan drinks, and daily bathing products.
