I pulled up to there standard location and the place was empty and the doors were closed and the lights were on inside and I got out of my car as the snowflakes cell and look through the glass like a little boy in a candy store to see nothingness there. They had moved or closed up I thought. After all with so much natural food and such significant price structures oh, how could they possibly stay in business I thought to myself. Where would I get my wild rice salad!? And then my brain woke up and I saw the signs on the door and I saw that they moved so I put in the address to Google Maps and I said drive me there and I followed my Google GPS and I laughed to myself cuz all I have to do is turn around and see us about 30 car links away and then move to a much bigger premise and they were already huge. I went in looking for my wild rice salad and I was jaw dropping leaves impressed about how brawling and immense the new place is. It's like a big brand new town. Even more beautiful than before by far. Rose and shells and lighting and signs and divisions are sections are townships within this big town. A whole huge Pizza area with their own wood stove making healthy Pizza on the spot. A whole section for sandwiches and drinks and an amazing espresso machine so I took a cappuccino for the road. It's a cycle in taste but I found out I got a buzz and I'm up early in the hours of the morning doing this review. It was quite tasty but the place is a sprawling city of different sections and sectors including a makeup Center for women. If you have a couple of hours and you want to be amazed products that you've never seen before and also incredibly high prices they charge then go in and have a nice visit. Maybe stop for a sandwich in a dining area they have. Meanwhile I asked myself how could the wild rice salad the only $5 here when is almost $6 out of standard large grocery store chains!? How could they be less expensive because they're not a Lexus expensive type of store?
I can't begin to explain the different sections they have in this place but it's truly worth a visit and sometime looking around I may be stopping and have your lunch or supper while you're there. On Sunday nights they're open to 10 p.m. which is also most remarkable. They sunk of Fortune into this new place for sure and you will find the completely entire kingdom of TAU.
It's simply gorgeous and it's entirely amazing! Visit just for the tourism value. And I'm sure you'll buy something and you'll probably love it.

Very delicious food, great selections, exclusive products, and very Vegan-Friendly! Shout out to Zak who is an awesome employee there, and he definitely needs a raise for his hard work!

You can find there absolutely everything organic. EVERYTHING. Food, vitamins, grassfed foods, diapers, fragrances, sunscreen, amazing coffee and tea selection, proteins and so on... a little pricy depending on what you buy.

***Insects In Food***

Thoroughly verify all items prior to purchasing them. Apart from being over two weeks expired, this bag of Lundberg arborio white rice was full of living Weevil Beetles crawling through the grains. I had to throw out over $200 of groceries to prevent the pest from spreading to other ingredients in my pantry.

After calling Marche Tau to inform them of their contaminated product, I was told to return to the store to speak with a manager who could help rectify the issue. Once at the store, the manager stated that he could not do anything about the $200+ of groceries that were thrown out, and that I would have to fill out an online request for help. I am unsure why I had to drive to the store in person to find this out.

Overall, I am very unimpressed with Marche Tau's quality control and indifference towards making the situation right. For a store that claims to specialize in "health-conscious items", one would expect that the presence of insects and expired foods on the shelves would be taken seriously.

Clean with lots selections; reasonable price. I also like the fact that they provide touch free hand sanitizer !

Amazing fresh organic produce for very competitive prices if not cheaper than non-organic produce. Very clean store, lovely staff and great selection of clean organic products. I do most of my shopping here!

Very nice place for organic produce. Price is decent for a Canadian store that specializes in organic produce. The selection is also wide. Their selection of health care products has a wide range of vitamins and minerals and creams.

Recently they added bulk soap and detergents with a refill station. You can use the supplied containers or bring your own.

I normally shop at Tau every 1-2 weeks. Went this morning and everything was on point 💪. Great service from the meat counter where the gentlemen working there went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for... you could tell he genuinely cared. And then picked up a few groceries to finish at the prepped meals area to order some cooked vegetables and meat to eat in the car... again amazing service from both the lady and gentlemen working there. Keep up the awesome work and thank you for the great service.

I love this place. I no longer live in Montreal but every time I visit I always have to make a trip here. Since they renovated, they've gotten a lot more selection of vegan products as well as fresh produce. I especially love their section of fresh sprouts that you can buy or even start growing your own.

I adore this store. The quality of their organic fruits and vegetables and also the restaurant food is why we come here all the time! 🥰

Love the store however be careful, some items are not packaged correctly by the supplier. I purchased Hummus Spinach & Artichokes by Gourmet Vegetarian on Wednesday 18th with a a best before date of June 2nd. When opened at home, it was full of mold.

When I need a variety of fresh organic vegetables, I always go to TAU in spite of living a bit far from it.
I find there a huge variety of organic products.

I have been a TAU customer for years. Recently I consulted with one of their naturopaths, Virginie Brand, and she very thoroughly took the time to go over my history and write out a supplements plan for me. It’s been only about a week since I first consulted with her, and I’m already seeing results.
I’ve been in touch with Virginie along the way, as she encourages you to reach out to her with your progress and any questions you may have.
I was back at TAU today and brought my mom along as she also ( after seeing my results) wanted to meet and consult Virginie.
It’s her attentiveness and after-sale care that is so much appreciated. She is also very well versed in her field and I highly recommend her.
