My favourite ABC joggers needed to be replaced, and I wasn't sure if I could be helped or not! The store reps I spoke with were just super helpful and I just felt like they really valued my business and I made a point to tell them I would be back. I just felt like they treated me really well, and I feel like they could have denied my request but valued how I thought about the store. It made such an impression on me that I felt compelled to leave a 5 Star for them. I wish I could remember the names of who helped me, but there were literally three of them and they were great.
It makes me want to go shop there more often because when you get a product that's awesome and staff who care about customers like they treated me, you want to support those businesses. Would leave a 6 Star review if I could.

Lou was so helpful- we had several questions and she was able to help us with everything :) She also went out of her way to find different sizes and colours for us. She is excellent!

Gabby and Brooke were very helpful and accommodating!! Even with the store so busy, they very quickly helped the customers and answered any questions or requests, great staff!

It's funny that I'm doing this...but just wanted to say that Catherine and her peers went above and beyond to fix my order that was delivered to store for pick up. When I got there no one could find it. As it turned out someone from when I initially ordered and paid for in store decided to give me a NEW last name...which I can only say was a major snafu of confusion. In the end all was corrected. Not a major thing to get upset about but it does beg the question of confirming info to make things more smooth and efficient. So again...I just wanted to say thank you again for resolving. Japan and my everywhere bag for trip will be more fun now that I have it for trip.

I’ve been shopping at this location for years, some good experiences some not so pleasant. The past year or so, I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences from all team members.
Today was no exception! I had some pants needing to be altered or exchanged and she was delighted to help me out and went above and beyond for me! She didn’t have to go the extra mile but it was greatly appreciated! Thanks again!

Amazing staff. The fabric and sizing has changed so much that it no longer meets my style and quality expectations. I did however purchase fingerless fitness gloves. They are amazing with smart design and just the right amount of padding and stretch in this sleek look and feel.

Jayden was absolutely amazing 💜 She's definitely an asset to this store. Very helpful, honest, and a pleasure to deal with. I had an amazing experience. I wish every store had someone so dedicated to helping others find the right style and fit. As not every style is suited everyone. Loved shopping there today. It’s the same here and for every other lululemon store you go to: you feel welcome and well taken care of immediately, the staff is very friendly and attentive. They are also very knowledgeable about the items and are always there for recommendations or reinforcement (if necessary ;)). This store specifically had a wide selection of different items and sale offers as well. Even though for me it was not the day to buy something, I didn’t feel pushed into it. Love shopping at lulu!
