This is an interesting store with a wide variety of quality health food store products,supplements,regular brand name grocery items, meats and organic produce.They also have a fresh deli in the front with excellent fresh coffee👍

I love this store! As a mom to a child with multiple food allergies (dairy, eggs, soy, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, bananas, avocado and melon), this is one of the only places in Kelowna where I can find many safe foods all in one spot. Lots of options for tortillas, bread, flour, pancake/waffle mixes, egg replacers, ripple milk, Earth's Balance soy-free dairy-free butter, Enjoy Life chocolate chips, and dairy-free cheeses (Violife, Daiya, Boursin, Silk etc.)

Choices is expensive, relative to places like Superstore and Walmart, but the selection for these allergy-friendly products is unparalleled. You are starting to be able to find some of them at those bigger chains, but Choices has the best selection for sure.

If the owner or manager is reading - please bring in the 7oz Daiya dairy-free jalapeno havarti blocks!

The staff are all very kind and go above and beyond! There is very relaxed and calm atmosphere here. Great prices for healthy and ethical food choices, I highly recommend this place!

Love walking around this store. Lots of gluten free, keto, vegetarian options. Always interesting and lots of home made food options available.

A ton of vegan products! Great prices and lots of sales. The hot food area has a separate list of vegan items you can look at to know what you can order.

Best place in Kelowna for your favorite Organic products. Wide variety of options for the healthy conscience eater. Good service. Also have a Vitamin department with educated people to answer your questions.

Absolutely love Choices Market! First made the move to organic a few years ago and have never stopped coming. I’ve always found their products to be of the best quality! Specialty items are available too, so one stop shop is always a bonus! Don’t let people fool you into thinking choices is more “expensive” you get what you pay for, and in the years I’ve been shopping here I have never had an issue with my products! The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff are always happy and helpful! The store is always clean and the staff are always clean In appearance! Thank you to the management and staff for always proving an amazing customer experience! I will always recommend choices market as a go to!!

Great service, fantastic selection of items and I loved our cashier. She was super friendly, talkative, helpful and patient (as was the other customer in line) as hubby went off to pick up one forgotten item. Then, upon weighing the 1kg bag, the cashier warned us of the price for these fresh, organic grapes! The sticker shock had us turn them down and all the while everyone was patient and gracious.

The selection here is superior to big city health food stores. Prices could be cheaper, but there are some decent deals.

Vey awesome customer service! I had one of their employees help me look through their entire shelf of tea to try and find decaf green tea. Even when we found one he still continued to check to see if there were any other options. This included taking them off the shelf to check the back and the incredients to see if there was any mention of caffeine. I was quite surprised, every other store attendant I've ever come across over the years would have just showed me the product and head off. The cashier was quite friendly too. Very excellent service, will definitely shop their more often.

I have found everything I have needed at this store! Great selection and I feel as though the price is right. Lots of gluten free options as well as vegan. I find this store to be very well stocked and the staff seem friendly!

A great place for specialty groceries for food snobs or people with dietary restrictions. Gluten free, dairy free, hippie snacks, etc.
I typically buy my produce at Quality Greens but choices has a good selection if I need more premium ingredients.
Shitaake mushrooms always in stock.
Spread em vegan cheeze, quite tasty.
Also good to know I’m supporting makers of many BC made products.

Choices is the best place in town to buy healthy food. I am extremely impressed with the management who did my grocery shopping for me when I was too injured to walk around the store and pick things up myself. They gathered all the foods & products I wanted to buy so I could just pay and pick it all up. I found out they also have a delivery service!! This is amazing for people who are ill or have disabilities. AND the prices at choices are pretty good too, not nearly as expensive as Nature's Fare. Thanks Choices for being so high-quality and so accommodating!

The Carrot Cake is amazing! Best ever!

I go to Choices for all my healthy and organic food options. They have all the organic produce options you could ever need, and a huge selection of free-range and grass-fed meats. The best part about this place is that they keep the prices normal even though things have the 'organic' label. Their supplement selection is also huge here. Any employee their will offer their assistance if they see you, which is great!

This is such a great store, assistance in the vitamins and minerals exceeded my expectations.
They carry Kaslo sourdough pasta!

For me it's a convenient place to get organic or diet-specific food and alternative household products. The produce is usually great, but expensive. The supplements/nutrition people are helpful. The self serve salad bar is usually stocked with some good stuff.
