Shoppers Drug Mart

Due to a recent move, we're transferring from another Shopper's Pharmacy to this one on Bellshire gate. We don't don't know what this new pharmacy will be like over time. But, the current Pharmacy Manager (Farzana) is a wonderful, caring person with excellent people skills. The other staff seem friendly too so we're happy to be switching to Shopper's Drug Mart, Bellshire Gate.

I recently visited the Store, Pharmacy staff is very co-operative and understanding, especially Farzana is awesome, she did everything promptly, and went over and beyond for my daughter's vaccination, very kind and helpful. God bless her in every way...Thank You

Incredible experience every time at the pharmacy and at the store! Everyone is so friendly; there is always someone that says hello when you come in and available to help you with any questions you have. I especially love the pharmacy. They are so busy but always take their time with every person to answer questions and explain how to use the medication. I have been coming to this pharmacy for 7 years and only have great things to say!

The pharmacy was top notch. The pharmacist (Ms. Chiwdhury) was really professional and extremely helpful. I got my covid shots and flu vaccinations there and it was quick and professionally done. I recommend this pharmacy to anyone, excellent place and experience.

Post Office lady Hina was amazing. She patiently and professionally checked lots of my mail for correct postage with calmness and good humour. A+

When people write reviews such as the low-ratings below they are usually based on "one specific incident" that annoyed them. So they leave a bad review as a way to get back at the company. This is completely unfair! What about all of the other times you received "great" service? Did you write about your experience then? When I go to this location, the doors open to Cosmetics where I am always welcomed and greeted. Then I head over to the Post Office. Hena always makes me laugh! She is full of energy! She is pleasant and so easy to deal with. I usually shop around a bit, check out the $19.99 fragrances, and when I leave, and if there is no one in line, the cashier is always smiling followed by "have a great day!" So to everyone who wrote a 1-Star Review below, you need to take a good look in the mirror!!!

Best pharmacy I have ever been to. Waseem and his team are extremely helpful and professional and do all they can to support their customers. I see lots lots of negative comments about wait times and I encourage people to be more understanding of the demands on essential workers.
I came to write this message as I recently experienced exceptional service from here. Waseem went above and beyond to make sure I got the care I needed. This will be my home pharmacy.

It’s a small location but has pretty much everything you need. The staff has always been super friendly and helpful, I’ve even been able to build rapport with one of the cashiers. The pharmacy team is stellar. They’ve always gone above and beyond, and over the years, my experience with them has only gotten better. They’re always accommodating and and helpful.

This shoppers drug mart is located at a very convenient location, and there is rarely a lineup when buying groceries. The post office is pretty busy though but the staff do a great job getting people through efficiently !!

The post office manager Hina is also very knowledgeable and often I get recommendations and advice on the most cost effective way to send odd shaped packages (flat-rate boxes ftw!).

Also I see lots of people complaining about not Canada Post not supplying tape, but this is company policy people! Complain to Canada post directly, maybe they’ll change their minds.

Not sure who designed their parking lot 😂but the people inside are great!

My experience with shoppers drug mart has always been pleasant.Whenever I need to send any documents or international mail, Shoppers is always my number one preference!!Their manager Hina is especially helpful and has always kindly guided me whenever I bumped into her. So much so I always ask for her by name! Would 100% recommend her and shoppers drug mart for any postal needs!

Hina at Canada post is amazing. She makes my every visit worth it by smiling / giving options for mailing and smiles throughout the visit. On the contrary, the white haired gentleman is a complete opposite. He is not helpful at all, always rushes to get you out of there and tries to avoid international shipping.. he told me i cant send electronic items to USA just to avoid paperwork. He has done that a few times to me already.

It’s been years I buy medications in this location and the staff are always very professional. in the beauty area, the ladies always acknowledge I’m entering the store and I always get a good promotion. At the pharmacy area, they are always very patient explaining about every medication. There is a lady at the cashier that is the sweetest person ever! She always smiles, ask about my day.

On my second visit to this Shoppers’ post office, Hina made a great first impression. She’s friendlly, funny and knowledgeable. Fast and efficient, too. I was out of there in no time to at all. (But be careful, she appears to be a chocoholic, so if you’re sending someone chocolate, you might lose some of it.)

My experience with mailing my documents at the Post Office at this location has always been pleasant. The post office Manager there, Ms. Hina is especially helpful and very friendly. She makes my day by smiling every time. This Post Office is the go-to location for all my post office services.
