They are incredible great, buying from Bestbuy, it is my first time buying refurbished devices, was a little bit hesitate at the beginning when placing the order, a few days after I received a phone call from RenewedTech, they said they don't have exact specs I ordered, but they could upgrade it to a higher model (i7to i9, 500gb SSD to 1T SSD) for free or I could downgrade to a lower model and they refund me the balance) I choose the upgrade option. When I receive the product, it was so awesome, The macbook is in perfect condition, it is almost new. there is only some scratch on the charger which is nothing. the upgraded spec is exactly as what they promised. I am so happy with this purchase which I never expected, they saved my hundreds of dollars. Thank you guys, you are so awesome to help your customer save money and helped to give the devices a second life. Big fun of you guys!

Bought a “like new” MacBook Pro, and honestly it is exactly like brand new. Works so fantastic and is everything I looked for! I actually ordered a slightly older model but they were out of stock so the store representative reached out and asked if they could upgrade me (free of charge) because of the no stock in the other device. Needless to say I’m over the moon.

Was hesitant at first but when it came, there were only 2 tiny scratches on the screen and that was it(they are unnoticeable). Battery was at 89% and that's really good for a refurbished Iphone. Thank you
