The pharmacy was great. The pharmacist was able to do a consultation and prescribed the requested medication. They also filled it very quickly I didn't need to come back!

I was in your store the other night, willowdale & Shepherd location,
The cashier or sales person Vincent went out of his way to help me,
He was kind for such a young man these days to help an older woman is out of the normal for me , so I just wanted to say Thank you to Vincent for taking the time to just be nice 😊

I don't understand the negative reviews for this pharmacy, though I've never used the post office. Great service at the pharmacy. It's small so their inventory isn't always what you'd hope for and you might have to wait a day or two for more obscure meds. But the people are great. Ample parking though the lot can be awkward when it's busy.

Nice and Clean store, friendly and polite services

We moved to this pharmacy after ours was torn down for a new condo.
I've never received such personal or friendly service from any pharmacy. The pharmacy team really seems to care, and take a personal interest in the health of my family, being pro-active and incredibly helpful. They really go beyond the usual. Can't say enough about this team!

been going to rexall here my entire life and i can say its a great location, good deals quick service, i see comments of slow lines and workers deliberately taking time to slow people down and that's absolutely false. i've been in here 100s of times and the longest i have waited is 5 minutes. some people are just too entitled.

Excellent service from Vanke at the pharmacy department. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient when we went to get our flu shots.

I went to the store today for the first time. The staff was amazing... i have a sprained ankle... Alessy, one of their staff, went to the aisles to get the things i needed, to save me walking, while Brenda packaged my purchases in multiple bags so it would be easier to carry.

Carole the pharmacist is amazing. Went in with my mother for an iron pill and Carole knew all my mothers medications by heart! I have never seen such amazing customer service! Thanks Carole.
