RONA North York (Sheppard)

Been going there for most of my projects the past few years! Staff are very friendly and helpful! I was speaking to John from the paint department. He is knowledgeable and very patient. He is willing to walk you through each step of your project! Amazing guy! 10 stars!

The staff are very friendly, polite and helpful. Within less than a minute of arriving they approached and helped me find the product I needed. The cashier was also very polite. The store is well lit and well organized you can quickly find the high quality essentials at fair prices. There are also helpful visual guides to aid you select the material or part. Kodus to the management and the staff. Thank you. This is my goto home improvement store now.

I would like to thank Russell, a customer service representative in training, for his initiative and helpfulness. I also want to thank his supervisor at the counter.
I had to find a way to drill a larger hole in a piece of 3D-printed art to make it fit into its base, so I went to this RONA in my neighbourhood to ask for help. Russell not only helped me figure out a way to solve the problem, but he also took his time to find the correct tool and even got a power-drill to help me do the work.
I am heartily thankful to them.

We went there a few time in the past couple of years. Although this store is somewhat smaller in size than some "regular" Rona's, you will find almost everything you're looking for. The staff is super friendly and very professional. We needed to buy some lumber and guys who worked there help us to find the right product. Highly recommended.

Good location and friendly staff. Smaller selection of products but service is really good. Plenty of parking. Note that there's two more floors in the store, so ask to go quickly to what you need.

My experience at this Rona store has been somewhat inconsistent but I recently had a very good experience with them. I bought a bathroom ventilation fan and later found out that it's the wrong size. I'd like to first recognize Karol Balut, the Installation Coordinator, who helped me get my installation refund. She was patient, persistent with her head office, and provided excellent customer service. I also like to compliment the young lady who worked downstairs who helped me search for the right replacement product, both at the store and online. Staff whom I dealt with over the phone at Rona's installation service department were also very professional, although the refund took long and with a lot of effort to get processed. Well done team at the Sheppard/Willowdale store!

I live in apartment so don't have the same needs as most homeowners. However doing some DIY projects for some elderly neighbours have always found the staff to be both friendly and very professional. I look forward to next time.

The Carpenter who works in Cutting wood part (Ryan) was incredibly helpful and patient. He took the time to understand my needs and provided excellent service. I am very satisfied with his work. Thanks Ryan.

Best contractor service desk. This location offers many items on home renovation and home improvement. Specifically if you are in the trade , ordering lumbers or other materials, the sakes staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. I have been dealing with Shaun Fernandes and he is very punctual very friendly and professional.

Shout out to Karol from the install department. We installed laminate in our condo. From the start to the end she was attentive, followed up and ensured everything ran smoothly. Hats off !

Rona was the only big box store that carried a central vacuum wall inlet so I paid them a visit. The staff were quick to call Ibrahim from electrical to help me locate the item. Ibrahim was just so funny and happy to deal with that it prompted me to write this review. His happy go-lucky energy is contagious and I left with a smile and an increased in faith in humanity. He deserves a raise.

My husband said I have to write a review for the Rona staff member that helped him on a Sunday in the flooring department! Said he went above and beyond and was so helpful. His name was Marshall.

Great service! I phoned and I was put through right away to an associate. When I went onto the store, someone helped me find what I needed and I was in and out of the store in 5 minutes.

I had called ahead to verify stock on an item since the online inventory count can sometimes be way off and the lady who answered was super helpful. She quickly checked to make sure what I needed was on the shelf and even grabbed one and sat it aside for me until I got there. Once I walked in I went to customer service, paid and left within a couple of minutes. I'm glad there are still people out there willing to go above and beyond for great service.

Great Rona location. It's a bit larger than most others near by. They have a really good lumberyard where I usually get to find things you normally won't find at a home depot. Supplies, and tools are all great and easy to find around the store itself. The staff are friendly, and polite.
