Had my passport and citizenship photos taken there. The owner was very nice and helpful - he took multiple versions of my photos because my shoulder had a reflective stripe on it due to the top I was wearing, and I even got to choose the photo I liked best. Thank you for putting so much attention and care into something as small as a passport photo!

possibly the most randomly useful store in the neighbourhood. i've come here for passport photos, key cutting, cell phone repair and accessories. service is always swift and friendly. and when i had an unexpected issue recently, i was promptly refunded. in one case, they couldn't help me with my phone needs, but recommended a nearby option. no wonder they've been around this neighbourhood for so long when others don't survive. thank you and hope you'll keep sticking around!

Fantastic fast and cheerful service. I was going to have my screen protector replaced at Freedom but often customer service leaves a lot to be desired there! So glad I went to Abbys instead.

I got my photo taken for PR Card at Abby's and the owner had experience and knowledge of the photo dimensions required by IRCC. This was my second visit and again happy with their service.

I happened upon this place and I'm so glad I went in. In a panic, I was leaving soon for out-of-country and needed a travel chip but didn't know if my phone was locked. (I'm kind of not of the generation that mysteriously figures these things out for themselves). The fellow in the back, the computer section, checked it and inserted a test chip to assure me it was unlocked. SO friendly. And kind. He charged me nothing for his time. With Queen St. so increasingly hot and expensive, to get this service, at this cost, at this unassuming place, made everything all right again.

I've been to the store few times now with my mom. The owner is super kind and respectful! Even the first time he was very patient in clicking our pictures to ensure we got what we liked. This time I had to get a few urgent prints and he charged me nothing for the services! It's always a positive experience to visit this store. I happened to go here for taking photos today and I was super happy with the way Abby did the job. He is so kind and patient and goes above and beyond to make sure that you get the best result. Unlike other places that take passport photos, he will allow for a few different shots so you can choose the one that you like more at the end. On top of that, he may give you a bouns wallet-sized picture which is a very nice gesture. I was totally satisfied with his service and will definitely go there again.
