nice shoppers. went in there to pick up some medicine with my mom and the pharmacist was extremely helpful with answering her questions.

Clean store. Friendly, helpful front store staff. I get all my shopping done here close to home.

I had to take a passport photo and had never been to Shoppers for that service specifically and l was a little confused as to how it all worked and an associate who was apparently busy stopped what she was doing and asked me what I needed and was able to take my photo on the spot! She got it done within the first couple tries and I shopped around while I waited for the photo to be ready. And the photo turned out great!

This is our Family's Shoppers and they are amazing! From the makeup counter to the checkout ladies they all are helpful and considerate. The pharmacist's who all go above and way beyond for me consistently and have basically saved me from taking medication I shouldn't have been prescribed....I am so grateful to all of them for their time and knowledge. As for the owner, well she not only is an active contributor in our community as well as to the Elementary School...I can't say enough good things about her and her team of fantastic people. Thank you for all that you do for us. Plus the post office people are always helpful and accommodating no matter how long the line🤩

Favorite SDM along West King W & West Queen W neighborhoods. Staff are very friendly and very very customer-oriented. While another store gave me the run around on a simple request, associates at this store were very pleasant and helped make it right.

I want to specifically call out a manager there, Samantha. Huge kudos to you Samantha. You really made my day better, and I'm sure your associates appreciate you too.

Keep doing what you guys are doing. This level of customer service isn't really experienced at other stores.. Keep up the great work!

Nice place to buy conditioner. There are so many types of different conditioners that you could choose! The stuff was also nice to help.

I visited the Shoppers Drug Mart at King and Tecumseh to get my passport photos done. The photographer Vanessa is extremely friendly & helpful! She along with the rest of the staff provided great customer service! The store was very clean and organized and I will be making this location my go-to Shoppers Drug Mart from now on!

I love Shoppers. The pharmacy staff at this location go above and beyond. However a newer staff member named Francesa has upset me twice. She refuses to put through a few items at cash after giving me my persciption. I am confused as this is her job. I frankly don't care if she is too busy or important to do this job, that is a problem to discuss with her employer. This an elitist attitude and not ok.

Great experience in the makeup section! Kat was amazing! She was warm and welcoming without being overbearing, and extremely helpful with her suggestions.

They no longer have inventory information online so I called in a while ago to ask if they had an item in stock, they didn’t have it but the person was nice enough to look which other locations had my item in stock! Never got his name but thank you so much you are so kind!!

Conveniently located and had my prescription ready within 15 minutes.

The pharmacist/owner of this location is fantastic. The merchandiser, however, can't seem to keep the shelves stocked.
