Love this place! You find everything you need here and the lads running it are great! Came in today to print a couple of files and they got it done in a heartbeat. Just a great neighborhood store and a small business that deserves to be here. I can only recommend it.

This little shop has almost everything with great staff. I've been there so many times to get little odds and ends I needed to get the job done. Guys there are always helpful and friendly. Definitely worth a look. Paint section upstairs is pretty great for how big it is.

Great super varied selection for basically any issue or fix it project. Needed to replace my toilets flow valve and found it easy and for cheap. Had a silverfish problem and found traps to catch em and now my problem is taken care of! The staff is a literal encyclopedia of all things hardware and how to fix and replace anything. This place rocks.

If there was ever a small business to support- this is the one. Everything that is great about the small buisinessman and old school Toronto you will find in this yellow brick box of a store located dead bang in the heart of downtown condo land.

I had two situations- one formidable and the other one seemingly impossible. They found a remedy for both, one with expertise and the other with pure dilligence.

The formidable one- i have two bar tables for my terrace. Online i found these pictures that showed what you could potentially do to make these tables "pop". The pictures took similar wood and gave it this dstressed, patina look in blue. I was going to hire somebody to do it but realised it was not cheap. Against all odds i thought i would give it a go myself. I headed on down to Rotblotts and was introduced to Mike- the paint specialist. A Habs fan- yikes, but you take the good with the bad right :)- there was just so much good. He was so patient in explaining the process to me as per sanding, staining, drying, restaining. My project started out rough but i stuck to his instructions and after letting the tables initially dry - HE NAILED IT. I was in disbelief, they turned out perfect. I went Leafs blue and white Mike.

The impossible situation- i had a parking fob that needed the battery changed. The problem was, the screws on the back of the fob where not only rusted but so small that accesiblity to them seemed impossible.I went down to my condo office- they wanted $150 for new one or suggested i go to Roblotts- i was out for a walk so thought i would try Roblotts. I was not at all optimistic. About 3 employees congregated looking at my fob and strategized like they were about to perform surgery- then they handed off the patient/fob to the ace. I dont know exactly what he did but was he ever persistent. He stuck to it and got it done. Not only that, he put on these new screws that would make it so easy to change the battery the next time. He must have spent 20minutes on it. The cherry- i offered to pay for his time but they WOULD NOT TAKE MY MONEY. We eventually came to a comprimise heavily skewed in my favor. Just unbeleivable. Think how much a mechanic would charge you for 20minutes of work? All in all they charged me like $7.00.

Please support this place- they are so worthy of your business and so conveniently located if you live between Bathurst/John and Queen/Front. I know i was a little wordy here but i just wanted to share my full experience because both times it was so rewarding.

I’ve been coming here for a couple years now for DIY home improvement and repair supplies and each visit is met with great service.

The staff are welcoming and it’s extremely helpful to have the shop in the neighbourhood. I usually walk in with an end goal for a project in mind with little to no idea of how I’m going to execute the task. The staff share their expertise, help select items and give tips to help in my DIY journeys.

The prices seem very fair, especially for an independent shop in the heart of downtown.

It’s the friendliest city hardware store I’ve been to. Great for key copies and small tool needs. Impressive variety for such a small shop and great staff.

4.7 stars does not do the justice of how great customer service is here! Staff here is amazing, and will help you with any project!

This place is a gem. The staff are very friendly and helpful and you get that small business service that no corporate hardware store has. Prices are fair and the location is super convenient.

A great local business run by the NICEST and most knowledgeable people! Whenever I’ve asked for a recommendation on products to repair something or fix a problem at home, they’ve always given me the right solution! The pricing is also amazing and probably underpriced given the area’s rent prices. I hope they continue to serve the neighbourhood for as long as they wish to!

Had a replacement for a spare key made and it literally took ten seconds and only cost $4 plus tax. I was in shock at how fast, easy and extremely cheap the process was. The staff were ultra friendly, hilarious and fantastic. It was my first time here but need to come more often because they’re like a mini Canadian Tire or Home Hardware but so much more down to earth. Easy 5 stars.

Lots of small bits of hardware that is perfect for downtown. Don’t expect Home Depot level, but it’s a serious store.

This place is great- I’m soooo not a hardware guy but honestly this place has everything you could possibly need (not just for handymen types!!) and at great prices too. Staff are knowledgeable and willing to help with your projects. Hope I see this business kicking it for years to come! (PS- they have gift cards!)💙

Amazing hardware store right in the middle of city life. There is always a lot of helpful employees willing to guide you in whatever Fixer-Upper needs you have. I often go in there quite lost and they find me a solution pretty quickly. I also discovered today that they sell props and things for the local art/film industry, this was news to me and quite a pleasant surprise.

Great selection, good prices, staff is always super friendly and welcome. I work in the area and honestly get excited every time I’m sent on a hardware run. Support the local hardware store!
