Kenny has helped me with multiple purchases over the past month and I keep going back because of how helpful, friendly and knowledgeable he is. He goes above and beyond with everyone to make sure they leave happy. As I’m leaving he says…”remember, if anything goes wrong with your headphone, internet or phone - your first call is to Kenny!”. The other guys were helping other customers with the same quality of service.

Abu and Jahfarri are absolutely incredible customer service wise! I came in looking for over ear headphones for my daughter which they walked me through selecting and then ended up getting my first ever iPad with amazing discounts through my Bell account. They also helped me find discounts on my Bell mobility account. Fantastic service, will be back!!!

Both Sayed and Abu offered me the best customer service ever! I walked in with a ruined phone, a lost password and a modified new phone and they hung in there with me..helping me save my data and get on a great new plan with Bell that was half the price of the others. They did this under a bit of a deadline with humor respect and patience...I couldn't be more impressed!

I went to the store to return items bought during the black Friday sale. It seems all items were sold in a bundled package, and operationally, it was not easy to return just some items. Thanks for the excellent customer service from Abu, who patiently figured out a way to execute the refund.

knows about the products and was sooo helpful in setting up a new speaker for me. I find the employees here are just super and Sayed was great today. That is the reason I will be back when I need either help or additional equipment.

Abu made my experience in the store one of the best I've ever had. The reason for coming to the store was to pick up a controller but left with so much more. He was very knowledgeable about the tech, answered all of my questions, and convinced me to get the extended warranty on the controller due to stick drift that is common on these controllers.
