I bought 2 guitars online from these guys and they are both absolutely amazing! LTD KH-202 for my son and the LTD KH-3 Black Spider with EMG Bone Breaker pick ups. The quality of both guitars and the playability is just perfect. I am a huge fan of Kirk Hammett and having the KH-3 is a dream came true. I set it up and did few adjustments for my own preference and I have nothing to ask for and no complaints. It's heavy but this is how I like it so it stays on angle and I don't have to support it with my left hand while playing. The action, fret board, pick ups, knobs, floyd rose trem, tuning knobs, design, the finish, and I can say everything is absolutely perfect! Aside from the guitars, what made me more happy and satisfied is their customer service. Stephan contacted me before shipping my KH-3 and let me know about very few details about the guitar and I see his intention he wanted to make sure that I am 100% happy and satisfied once I receive it. I was kind of a bit annoying customer for the reason I asked him to send me some pictures of the guitar here and there and ask him questions about my guitar features and specifications and he is so very patient and professional. I will definitely do more business with Music RedOne and I hope I get Stephan again to handle my transaction. Thank you so much guys and keep up the awesome job!

Im very pleased with my experience with redone. Tby offerd the lowest price incould find. I was hesitant because some reviewers said it takes months to ship. That was not the case. I got my order in 3 business days Coming from Quebec to Toronto. Product was in perfect condition and workd great. Would gkadly do business with them again

after posting a nasty review,did get a call from Salomom who did apologize on the delay of getting my unit. And he did as promised and within the week of our decussion, the unit did finally show up. He did explain that the suppliers have been caught like everybody else with supply chain issues and that initally the company (RedOne) did notify me that there would be a substantial delay and an option to get money back was on the table. I choose to wait it out. He did insist that if i should be looking ot other purchases, a quite call can inform me if the peroducts supplier has the product on the shelves or not. And I would highly recommend to anyone to check first with him first. I have bought other items before with no issues with RedOne, and will in the future be using their services again.

Another seamless transaction with them. I made a big purchase with them last black friday and made another purchase on boxing day. I decided to upgrade my mackie profx6v3 to a profx12v3. They offered me to return the smaller mixer but I told them I’ll just sell it on marketplace, so I did. I was told the lead time for my order was 2-4 weeks but i am OK with it. They always make sure you get the best price in the market. Kudos to Alex for always going above and beyond. Can’t wait til next black friday to order the JBL EON618S.

Update: my order came in 1 week earlier than expected. It was delayed on the shipping side because of the snow storm.

Excellent music store. I recently had an issue with a keyboard that was defective from the factory (NOT the Red One's fault). Antoine, one of their CSRs, handled my situation promptly and professionally. I have bought from Red Music One before and I have nothing but the highest praise for their service. They have also reached out to me if something that showed in stock ended up being back ordered. This is a very rare quality in an online dealer. They are excellent!!

This is a physical retail outlet of the online music store. The friendly, professional young team know their stuff. Their selling style is gentle. Lots of electronic gear onsite. The guitar selection for hands-on trial is limited and mid-quality. Prices seem to be comparable with online. Recommended location if you need to pickup something electronic in a hurry.
