Air France Lounge

Used my Priority Pass to enter the lounge, even though I was travelling on Qatar Airways. Was pretty busy, which was expected, because of a bunch of international flights departing in the evening. The guy at the check in was kind and let me in, although it was at capacity. It has a pretty well stocked bar and the food options are pretty good as well. You need to ask the bar for the desserts. My Aperol Spritz was exactly how I like it, and that was refreshing. The staff are really helpful, and you can sneak into a nice little corner to get some much needed rest. Overall, a nice place to get some decent food and rest before your long flight.

First time in this lounge and it's pretty good.
On peak hours they limit to guest using air France and KLM only.
Seats here are very comfy and lots of room .
Food and drinks were limited but their beef stew was to die for. Just that was a star on its own.

Great place to chill.

I had a great experience at the lounge. There was an adequate amount of breakfast food available, memosas and coffees too! The service was EXCELLENT at the bar. The lounge isn't huge, so I can see from other reviews how it fills up fast. We however, had no problems getting in.

For reference: I accessed the lounge at 7am on a Friday using my Platinum card.

Chairs are very comfortable, I had a good rest in there. Compared with other three lounges in Montreal airport, air France lounge is the best.

One of the better plaza premium lounges. Great selection of meat and cheese. Hot food is great too.

Bar tender was really great and made my time here enjoyable.

What a wonderful experience. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Food was great and everything was very clean. Bathrooms are beautiful and clean as well.
Kat, the supervisor kept everything in line as well as the rest of the staff even when it got busy.
I would highly recommend the lounge, especially if you have a long layover.

One of the best lounges in the Montreal YUL airport, international area. Very clean with plenty and comfortable seating . The staff is friendly and helpful and they really make you feel welcomed. The food is fresh and tasty, definitely above average. I visited early in the morning and the selection of hot and cold foods were amazing. They also have showers which is a bonus. Definitely recommended, I will return

Great lounge. Service was great. There was a Colombian guy who spoke Spanish (sorry, or another latin country) who was very helpful and friendly. Would go again for sure. Food was good. Drinks were good. Washroom clean. What else do you need?

Falak was an excellent concierge. Loved the hospitality of Emily and Vasco. Vasco is an awesome cook.

The shower was good. Please improve the quality of towel, and water stopper from the shower area to the sink area. Also please provide body lotion as the weather can be extremely dry in Canada.

Overall enjoyed the food and the staff hospitality.

Lovely experience waiting for our international flight out of YUL. The re-design is fresh and contemporary and the staff take a lot of pride in the space and atmosphere. I only had cheese and a glass of champagne, so I can’t comment on much else, but the rest of the food also looked appetizing! Definitely a top Canadian lounge offering.

Very nice and tidy lounge, I'd say even one of the best I've been in from the PP wallet.
The provided food is diverse enough to sooth one's pallette and has some kind of close-by imitation of French cuisine. The alcohol served is also good and and of good quality.
There's lots of space to stay at and use, even providing a small phone booth, but the best placement by far is from the door to the left.
The showers are located just behind the bar together with the toilets, but the towels have to be asked for in order to use them.
I'd visit it again, even just for the nice Concorde replica.

The food is very tasty and varied, and there are several options available for all tastes, including food, drink and dessert & The chairs are very comfortable to spend some time in and the bathrooms are very clean

Excellent experience, one of the better lounges I've been to by far. The staff were knowledgeable, and friendly and the service was amazing. Ashraf the bar tender, went above and beyond, and I was truly thankful for his service and standout skills.

Beautiful lounge. Good food available, and staff quick to clean up tables. Also an excellent view out the giant windows!

Not too crowded, and got access with Dragon Pass.

If you are lucky enough to get in perfect. If you don’t fly with Air France forget it. Been on waiting list for a 3h and never got a single call from them. Don’t tell me that no one left in a 3h period…
Edit : Been able to get in during another flight during the year and so far the best lounge in YUL. Clean / food is great and there is plenty of options. Not too crowded and quiet. You have options to take a shower also which is a huge plus. Careful if you are not travelling with Air France or partners they don’t call your flight ! Thanks guys !

The re-designed lounge is pretty (way prettier than its previous incarnation) and the food is better than what it used to be. Finally a lounge worth of interest at PE Airport (that was not always the case, surprisingly....)

Exceptional customer service from the reception with (Yazid and Rebecca - sorry for the misspelling) to the room with Luis. The workers are accommodating, polite and go the extra mile to help the clients.

Much better than equivalent lounge from aircanada. Food was much more complete. Service much more professional and atmosphere was relaxed.

Waw, what an amazing experience at the airport of Montreal.
The staff is so friendly and professional, felt so welcomed.
The place is totally renovated and clean, it's worth the stay...and what about the food, it melts in your mouth.
I will come back soon and will recommend to all my friends, mille grazie!!
