One of the best store for electronics like laptops, speakers, smart televisions, earphones and so many things. I found one laptop at very reasonable price and staff was also helpful as per the customer needs and budget they suggested the items.

We purchase a PlayStation 5 last Christmas. Our controller broke. The customer service we received was excellent. The girl kept apologizing to us that it was taking so long, but honestly, it was only taking so long because they were trying to locate a replacement. Friendly people, gave us a great exchange. Very happy with this location.

I came in looking for DJI microphone.

Went there for help getting something as a Koodo customer. I have always done my cellphone changes through Best Buy because of their ability to answer my questions and help me with setting up my new phone. This visit was great. Shane listened to what I needed, did some investigating based on what we discussed, got me set up with a phone well within my budget, a much improved cell phone plan, free replacement screen saver and 50% off supporting products I purchased that day. I also walked out with a $150 gift card. I will return to this location without hesitation.

This place has really good customer service. I had my new phone conection cancel and return. Sometime the returns are too hectic but two employees Shina and Jasmine did a great job in helping me for this process. I would highly recomend this place for any and all electronics.

I read reviews about this location having bad customer service and being difficult to accept returns so I was apprehensive when I bought something online and had to return it. Ironically, this location had amazing customer service. An employee was outside and when I asked him where the shopping carts were, he asked what I was returning and offered to help me load it onto a shopping cart. I proceeded into the store and the return was processed without question. Excellent customer service and very easy returns. I guess sometimes you can’t judge a store but it’s negative reviews. I will definitely shop at Best Buy again.

Have to say. Hats off to this location. I'm always concerned on what to expect with regards to customer service. You know the simple eye contact or smile or even a "how's your day?". Well much to my surprise they exceeded my expectations just on that area. As for what l needed they went over and beyond in time to explain and making sure l was happy. Well thanks to Alex manager Geek squad, Kevin at the desk and even the area manager took the time to say hello Mike. Thanks guys very happy indeed,!

Always a positive experience!! I always find myself driving about 9kms from the one in Heartland which is a km away from my place because of more superior customer service at BB Argentia.

I was kind of lost in the sales floor just now looking for apple earpods & a sweet, friendly & very helpful young lady by the name of Christina approached me & got the stuff I needed in a heartbeat!! Thank you Christina for making my BB visit an awesome experience. Keep it up!!

Loved the great customer service. The employees are enthusiastic, knowledgeable, well informed in current technology trends. They want what's best for you and you can see that by the way they describe products. They aren't just trying to sell you which makes the experience much more comfortable.

Don’t go there looking for 55’ TVs or complex products that need you to actually go in store and wander. I needed printer ink. Keep it simple.
