I visited the store about a few weeks ago to find a dress for a wedding event. The store manager Cody, and Ray were phenomenal in helping me find the perfect dress. They were welcoming from the moment I walked in the door, and knew exactly what to recommend based on what I was looking for. Overall, I highly recommend Zumel and Co. for dress shopping. The clothing selection at the store is amazing as well as the employees!

I had a fantastic experience shopping at Zumel & Co. The service from Cody, the store manager, was exceptional and incredibly helpful. He truly saved the day by assisting me in finding the perfect dress and accessories for a wedding guest outfit, in less than 30 mins! The clothing selection here is unique and priced very well. I highly recommend visiting this store, you won’t regret it.

I was blown away by the warm welcome, exceptional service experience (a special thank you Chanel and sales associate with blonde hair - I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name or maybe spelling name wrong!) and attention to detail by sales team. After browsing the clothing racks, I found a couple different items to try and the staff provided great recommendations on styling and fit which I sincerely appreciated. I purchased a lovely pair of cream coloured wide leg pants with unique wrap panel and tie detail across the waist area. If I am in the area again, I will absolutely stop by and shop more - highly recommend! Thank you to the team for your amazing help!

This is my favourite place to shop. They have a great variety of styles and the staff are amazing, especially Codey. He always goes out of his way to make helpful suggestions and has a great knack for styling flattering outfits. I always leave here in a great mood with an awesome new outfit! I’ll continue coming back for years to come.

This shop and sales associate SAVED my wedding day. My wedding dress did not turn out through alterations and I came in to find something last minute. The associate was so kind, funny, and pulled amazing pieces that made me feel beautiful. THANK YOU!

The only problem I had with this store is I didn’t want to leave! Could have spent the entire day there with Cody (who is amazing) trying on different outfits. His styling knowledge and energy made for an awesome customer experience. Needed cute but professional work attire and the mission was accomplished with ease!

Found this shop by accident. Yesterday bought a few new outfits, jeans, dresses and skirts. Thanks for your help. Cody (manager?), was amazing, he has a great eye and was very patient. The staff is very helpful too. Will be back for sure. Thanks.

My boyfriend bought a gorgeous yellow dress for me here. The dress is high quality and the service, as he said, was very courteous. We saw it on the display once passing by and weeks later he came in searching for it. They showed him all the dresses they had until found the one.
They have variety of matching accessories and have gift receipts for returns.

Great shopping experience here. Another gem of a store with unique colours. For curvy and petite girls like me, this is a great store.

ive passed this place a million times and after looking all over for a dress i decided to actually stop in and check it out. wish i had sooner, they have a great selection at reasonable prices! Both Ray & Codey were awesome and helped me find the perfect dress i wouldnt have even thought to try on.

I love this place! There is such a huge assortment of beautiful, trendy clothes in many different colours. Customer service is impeccable and the staff always give great fashion suggestions.

Ive been shopping with the team at Zumel for years now and they never disappoint! Even during the peak of the pandemic they made fashion attainable again. Being out west and unable to travel to my favorite store was difficult, however their live sales made me feel like I was back in Toronto. A trip to Toronto always includes a trip to Zumel and Co. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality fashion at an affordable price and stylists who listen to what you want verses someone looking to make a sale.

Had a really fun shopping experience here today. The sales associates were charming and had great suggestions - I ended up getting something they picked out! Good price point for formal wear.

Best damn place to find a dress in the city of Toronto! Lisa and her team are the most helpful and stylish folks out there. Some of my most complimented dresses/outfits have come this beautiful store!

Went in for a dress for a destination wedding, walked out with three! Great selection of cute clothing, at a really reasonable price. But I was most blown away by the sales associate, Codey. He was so attentive and helpful and lovely. Really went the extra mile and made me feel comfortable shopping!

Such a wide variety of colours and patterns! Not just limited to the few colours that are in style that season. So many unique pieces! Staff is also super friendly.
