I mainly came here to get the British Columbia Been There mug, and they also have the Canada Been There mug! I would recommend calling to double check they have the version you want. I ordered a matcha with vanilla creme on top and it tasted great!

This Starbucks is right behind a gas station, so parking is shared with people stopping for gas/restrooms.

First time at this location. Greeted by staff. Drinks were delicious. Blank Christmas cards to fill out for seniors while you wait. Such a nice gesture!

Visited this Starbucks location at least three to four times, during our stay in Kamloops visiting family this summer. Friendly consistent service. Enjoyed chatting it up with Kate, look forward to visiting again in the near future. My tall Americano with four raw sugars and almond milk, was made just right each time. The beyond meat breakfast sandwich was uber tay-stee as well. Highly recommend.

Really great to see a Starbucks on this drive now! Was a new build and everything was clean with actual seating like a usual Starbucks. The service here was very friendly today, the barista asked us about our drive and where we were from. Great drinks as usual, I feel I can usually depend on the quality here.

This was a very interesting place! I’m giving 5 stars to the hardworking staff wearing mask all day long and working hard for many hours to serve us while keeping society safe. Instead, I don’t know what I should give to those customers not wearing mask, although required with clear signs, disrespecting others and putting lives of these awesome staff as well as others in danger. This branch separated the lines for orders and washroom. All people were required to wear mask while inside the coffeeshop. However, in the washroom line, all people except me were absolutely maskless. They might either have run out of mask or felt uncomfortable wearing mask for couple of mins, Very disappointing!

The hours on google are incorrect (as of august 2022). Stopped here just before closing thinking they were open until later. There were maybe 6 people in the line with only a couple of minutes left, and the staff got through all of the customers so fast that I was seriously impressed. They were kind/polite and my order was right.

The staff here are ultra friendly, makes for a nice time especially if driving long hours due to roadtripping. It's one of my favourite stops when driving out West towards Vancouver.

Friendly staff, fast service. Connected with petrol-Canada gas station. Lots of seating and relaxed atmosphere with a young crowed. It's a great spot for a break from driving.

Speedy service, excellent coffees, and we wanted to give special mention to Barry (working the drive-thru on Saturday morning April 29th, 2023), who was just an absolute joy to interact with from the second he first spoke into the order box. People like that deserve more acknowledgement for just making others' days better simply through being cheerful and engaged. Exemplary customer service

Made a stop here after being stuck for an hour 15 minutes away. We needed gas and I was desperate for a quick caffeine fix to get us through to Golden after waiting on the highway. We were tired, and grumpy, but just managing to keep some smiles on our faces after the long trip we were on became even longer. To our pleasant surprise, the kind young woman behind the counter decided to give us our coffees on them. It was such a sweet gesture and everything we needed to push on for the next 2 hours. I would definitely recommend anyone traveling through Revelstoke, stop at this Starbucks! The staff are warm and welcoming and you will leave with a smile on your face for sure!

The store was only operating through drive through. I can imagine the reason is because they were short staffed. Three staff balancing everything. I brought a drink that was poorly made drink from merrit, and one of the workers made me a drink with no questions. She asked me to taste it to make sure it was done correctly before I left. Thank you!

Today October 10th, 12:45 pm I went to the drive through at this location and the lady that was taking the orders and served me at the window was one of the nicest people I met in my life. Although there was a line up of cars and she clearly was so busy but yet she was so nice and asked about my day and she had a smile on her face, her whole vibe was memorable, I was not feeling good at the time but she made my day.

My beverage was made perfectly and the service was exceptionally friendly. I find that during this pandemic, downloading the app makes ordering so much easier. If it is a new to you Starbucks just check your order before you leave...sometimes the newer batista's are still learning or there are not enough of them and orders are rushed. Over all I have rarely had a bad experience. You get what you pay for

Fast, friendly service, and the drinks were made to the solid standards you would expect from Starbucks. This location is connected to a gas station and convenience store, so it makes a great stopping off point if you've been driving on the highway for a while. I found the interior to be clean and cozy, making it all the better for a rest stop.

Never been disappointed with a drink I get once in while lol. Absolutely love the fresh lemonade collection including black tea and kiwi Starfruit. The black and white mocha is a hot favorite along with few others.
