Every time I go to the Telus store here in Revelstoke, I am never disappointed. Even if they can't get me what I want right away, they are so helpful to try and do what they can in the spot. Recently I saw a old friend Roberto working and he was such an amazing help. He found discounts for us under our work employer which we had no idea about, and we spread the word to our colleagues as they didn't know either! Friendly, kind, helpful, assertive, intelligent, and knowledgeable - I love coming to this store and will not purchase phones elsewhere!

I had a great experience when setting up my new smartphone and home wifi. Very knowledgeable, and had great deals to offer when I was there that they don’t offer on any websites. The process was smooth and quick, would definitely recommend these guys.

I had a great experience with Tom. I’m new to Koodo and had been putting off going into the store for days because I thought my issue was going to be a complicated fix. But Tom had me in and out in 5 minutes!

The staff at Tom Harris Telus Store were so helpful with the changing of our mobility plan & the purchase of our new phones. They transferred everything over from our old phones, & set the new ones up. Will definitely recommend them to others.

My experience with the employees in the Revelstoke store was fantastic. They treated me with kindness and were extremely helpful. They both deserve a raise, and I truly hope they get one. I have been in Revelstoke now for 23 years, and the two employees working there on August 1 are the best yet. They did their jobs well and efficiently. They knew how to treat a customer with respect and honor, and I left there extremely happy with the service I received.
