Recently, I purchased virgin plus plans from this store.
Nick was a salesperson. He promised 29 cad plan . On papers, it was 34. He said he has to call cust care and change it. Even he wrote on papers with pen, it's 29 and signed.

After 1 month , I am still paying 34 cad.

Called virgin cust care, and they said there is no such plan, and Nick gave me wrong information.

I texted /whatapp Nick multiple times. No updates. I tried calling him, but there was no response.
Called the store multiple times, and they said they would ask Nick to call me back.

It's not a matter of 5 cad it's a scam.
I will recommend don't shop from this store.
Salesperson tries to be super nice, but either they fool or scam customers.

I was paying way too much on Virgin prepaid. Hamza asked about my issue and voila. He switched me from prepaid to postpaid. Hamza deserves to be promoted for his extensive help. Also the plans are impressive

I took iPhone 15 contract from here. I would thank Elizabeth how assisted me on Boxing Day she was really helpful and nice to deal with.

Just purchased 14 pro max on a wonderful deal from Milan and Mansi,they did everything they could to get me the best price, a good plan with store credit..i totally recommend them..And special mention to Milan who actually made as hook to this deal with all his experience and math..keep rocking guys

Nick is amazing. He helped my wife and I get new phones on very good terms. He goes above and beyond for his customers. Although Nick helped us, the other staff were also very friendly. It does make a difference where you shop!

Also helping me reduce my monthly internet bill and giving me the Speed of Bell Fibe.. Finally you convinced me to leave Rogers after 15yrs.. to save a Cool $20 sorry $22.60(tax in) per month and now I have Canada USA and Mexico in my plan.. typing on my Google Pixel 8 Pro at this hour.. it was a VERY HAPPY BOXING DAY...
