Great store! First time visitor as I live in the area, and my usual go-to (Vape NYX) was closed for the night, so this was my only option, and glad I took it. New spot for the past two weeks as the owner mentioned, and great customer service, variety and overall experience. He does feature some of their own brands which taste great and purchased, as someone who usually sticks to the generally known mass produced brands such as STLTH, Vice, Geek Bar etc. Usually a fan of the closed systems that are rechargeable and generally in the 4-8K range. Also, starting to gravitate to the chargeable ones that include a display with battery percentage and fluid level. Huge bonus of this spot is that they have a ton of their products on display, and provide you with a disposable rubber tip, so you can try before you buy. Let’s just say, 15-20 trials later, and a definitely lighter head than before, I landed on the Kyoho Grape Vanza - which I believe is a proprietary brand. As promised, he did give me a great tasting Waka cherry bomb sample if I promised to leave a review, and here it is. Awesome spot! I’d say if they build up a clientele in the area, they will flourish and I wish them the best. Definitely gained a new customer. As some of the other chains that I frequent, loyalty points and programs seem to work well. I saw that they were promoting a BOGO % off promotion, essentially meaning you save more the more that you buy. That definitely increases basket size for the first time visitor, but it’s always nice to offer some incentive for them to return. So maybe a hassle free loyalty program (a la NYX) where you provide your email and earn points with each of your purchases, which can go toward discounts on future orders. Also a great way to publicize offers and brand features by collecting customer data to add to their database. Just some genuine and proven advice from a seasoned marketer. Best of luck. Wide variety of different kinds of vapes and pods, they even let you try certain disposable vapes before you purchase. Great staff that help make the process of choosing a product a lot easier. Would definitely recommend.
