Farm Boy

One of my fav place for everything, always has fresh produce, dairy, bake goods and hotmeals. The staff are all friendly.

I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the wonderful experience I have had at your store over the past month. It has quickly become one of my favorite places to shop for groceries and other essentials.

I am particularly impressed by the quality of the fresh produce, dairy products, and baked goods that you offer. The variety and freshness of these products have exceeded my expectations. Additionally, I have noticed that your store is always clean and well-organized, which makes shopping there a pleasant experience.

One aspect that I have yet to try is the hot meals that you offer. I have heard positive feedback about them from other customers and look forward to trying them in the near future.

Overall, I want to commend your friendly and helpful staff for their excellent customer service. Their attitude and willingness to assist customers make shopping at your store a truly enjoyable experience.

I purchased the Canadian Baby Back Ribs on sale. $12.00 for two racks. Slow cooked for 8 hours. Made my own bbq sauce. Basted in oven for half an hour. Calling them mic drop ribs. Coming back for more. Phenomenal! Thank you Farm Boy for getting me out of that other horrible grocery chain!

Excellent produce, deli, bakery, butchers. Prices are comparable if not better than the big grocery stores. Great variety of unique and specialty products. Excellent customer service and staff.

Our favourite grocery store. We probably come here once a week even though we it's a 10-15 minute drive and some other grocery stores are 5.
Surprisingly inexpensive produce. Packaged products/bakery are a little pricier but nicer quality too. Great fish.
Less hectic than other grocery stores as long as you go the at the right time (weeknights)
The staff are always super nice - want to specifically mention one cashier, Ryan, who's extremely friendly and also fast at the till.
Some really cool health foods you can't find elsewhere (keto ice cream, chickpea chips, like 40 different kinds of lacroix)

It's a small store. If it's a busy time of day the parking lot can be hectic. They have a good variety of fresh produce and specialty sauces and condiments. The bakery there is my star. I love the croissants, especially the chocolate ones. I travel from the other end of the city just to get them.

The selection is great, the quality of the produce is on point, and the check out experience is really nice.

This location doesn't have self checkout machines, but the lines move quickly, and the cashier genuinely greets you, makes eye contact, and then bags your groceries while you're paying.

It's rare to have such a positively memorable checkout experience at a grocery store.

If I was in the area more often, I would definitely make this my go-to spot.

Great place! They have an organic produce section. They sell a lot of their house brand so you will find plenty of labels with their name "Farm boy" on it. Very clean and well displayed. Take a look at the pictures . They have a produce, bakery, cheese, meat, spice, drinks, alcohol, soup, pizza and hot foods section.

I know it's now a Sobeys property, but Farm Boy does not disappoint! Great selection of prepared meat dishes, great produce, breads and specialy items.
Lots of specialty goods!

Amazing shopping. Great food and prices are not that bad. Staff are friendly and love the people at the meat and fish counters. They are knowledgeable and really help!

Aaand it’s open! Such a beautiful build. Prices are like Loblaws and Sobeys. Shelves are stocked nicely. Very clean. Free parking. A great addition to the neighbourhood after having nothing for years. They cater, have stone oven pizza to order custom pizza, and good organic produce. They had a decent area for indoor dining too.

LOADED WITH HIDDEN GEMS

It’s the only grocery store I shop in where the staff say “hello”, and “how are you”. They don’t know me, a few might recognize me by now, perhaps. They’re just pleasant and friendly.

It’s a small store, so you’re not necessarily going to find everything you’re looking for here. And after a couple visits, I wondered if I’d keep coming back.

But then something happened. I discovered all these hidden gems throughout the store. And now I shop Farm Boy weekly.

There are a lot of store branded goods here. I haven’t come close to trying them all, but those I have, have all been winners.

Some of the things you’ll find include Farm Boy strip bacon. Not all bacon is created the same, as some people think. This bacon cooks up uniform and the same every time. Super tasty and reliably outstanding. It even comes in a convenient 2-pack so you can easily freeze half, or defrost half.

There’s the home baked potato chips in several flavours. So good. So decadent. And the baked goods including a sweet range of cookies. There’s an excellent line of breads and even a pretzel bun that makes for a nice crostini if that’s your jam. Among the breads is their walnut bread, which makes for a great stuffing.

They do an excellent job with the produce section, amongst which are the colourful carrots, always available.

And, if prepared food is your thing, they really have you covered. Fresh pizza, sushi, stir fry, salad and soup bars are all here and fresh.

All in all, I look forward to my weekly Farm Boy visits.

Really nice grocery store with a fantastic hot table and prepared foods for a quick healthy lunch or just an easy dinner!! A few tables and chairs to sit at and eat in store. Fresh produce and nice organic options. Lots of parking in a busy area of the city.

Farm Boy is not that big, but the quality of their in-house products is excellent. I try to go there for items exclusive to their store. Definitely better than other grocery store brands products.

A much needed, QUALITY grocer in the neighbourhood. Easy to get to from the QEW or 427. So much variety such good quality. So glad this place has opened. Can't wait to try all the different salad bar options, hot table and unique grocery items. And they have an app!

Love the selections. Fresh Produce, Seafood,Meats,Baked Goods, Cheese & Deli and a fantastic Hot Foods section, Sushi and freshly made salads. One stop Everything you need. My go to place.

Clean, organized and plenty of selection of fresh produce as well as pre-made meals. The butcher counter staff are always so friendly and helpful. Great selection of vegan and plant-based milks and desserts.
