Love the couple here! They are very nice & a pup friendly store! They even had a milk bone ready for my puppy! The best buttertarts I've ever had! AND a great price!

Fantastic local gas station ⛽ One of the few remaining gas stations that have full service at the pumps. Always friendly staff are there to help if you are looking for good advice on where to grab a bit to eat of a beverage.
We often stop here to let our bikes 🏍 cool down!

It's got it all! Gas, groceries, and hardware. And an LCBO next door! Very handy to find, right on the Renfrew County Rd. Staff are friendly and helpful.

This is a terrific hardware store with a remarkable selection of products. Better than many box stores in larger centres.

And if you need custom paint mixed, Ed is a genius at that!

Neat little store. Not a grocery store but does offer some snack items and a small selection of baked goodies. Has a selection of fishing gear and a section of fix it supplies for a variety of things, offers occasional cards also. Has a chip and ice cream truck in the parking lot that are always busy. Offers some leggings for ladies, swim shorts for guys and towels in case you forgot to pack these for camping.

This store is Calabogie’s best gem for cottage owners and every fix it person! Astounding selection of hardware items. It’s not a restaurant like somebody told me in error, but it has an uncanny stock of everything I’ve needed to do all the repair and installation jobs around my vacation property. Just pop in for a look around and then you’ll have some idea what I’m talking about. Ed’s prices are as reasonable as big box stores, and I don’t have to drive to Renfrew or Arnprior!

Full hardware store which is very helpful for the community and cottagers. Crocs for if you need sandals, typical convenience store items, and a fairy door! Fun for the kids. Been going here since it was Munfords. A staple for Calabogie.

I passed by this place while riding my motorcycle through the Ontario Highlands. Calabogie is a very well-known motorcycle group amongst enthusiastic like myself. I like going to that store and they gave me that good old country feel. It seem like everyone knew everyone and people are just overall happy. I didn't end up purchasing and you think I just went there to use the restroom and management and staff did not seem to have a problem with that.
I felt the good vibe in that place and the people are super nice. If you ever pass by I would strongly encourage you to visit.

Wow, this place has changed. They went from a small convenience store with a restaurant, to a full blown general store on two stories of the building. It's amazing how much stuff they've got in there and have literally almost anything from plumbing, electrical, paint, HVAC, tools, kitchen items and of course a small convenience area. Of course they sell gas as well. Looks great!

Friendly staff, huuuuge interior (there's a whole basement full of product too?), full serve gas. Generally, everything you need.

Great little hardware store, with post office inside. They have a great selection of items you'd find at any hardware store, for all your home project needs. If they don't have what you are looking for upstairs, it is likely downstairs as there are two levels of inventory. There is even a paint area in the basement.

Great people, great tackle.... Gotta grab a butterbtart when you are in there.... Who makes em? I dunno...... But holy F.... They are good.

Also have Crocs if you need em!

They have something of everything of everything. Need a drill, ice cream, bungee cords and milk? this place has it. Place is clean, staff is super friendly and we used the restrooms and they were very clean.

After camping south of Calabogie since 2015 I finally did a complete tour of the lower level which is all hardware. What a delightful surprise. Prices and selection were outstanding and the camping line of products had an almost encyclopedic variety of Coghlan’s items. Fishing gear is tops. All things like plumbing and electrical are up-to-date and in all the useful sizes. I find there is no need to drive into Renfrew, Arnprior or Perth. They have it here. I have a Canada Post Flex Delivery address for Calabogie and it’s right here. Spacious aisles, clean floors and dusted merchandise are above par. Ed and his wife and staff are obviously committed to excellence in customer service and efficient running of a business. I now know more top quality things I can source right here in Calabogie, Ontario!
