Dentistry in the Valley

Just had my second visit with them, the team are refreshingly friendly and very professional.

My husband and I meet Dr. Nick the other day.
He was honest and explained all the details involved in my care.
He wanted us to take the time to feel comfortable with him seeing we are new patients of them.
For my first appointment I meet his wife . SHE is fabulous
and they are old school, meaning they take all the time to listen and give you the choice of which approach you want to take .
At the same time giving you the info of all the choices and outcome you finally decided on.

With all that said, I'm a patient with multiple issues.

Our 4 year old grandson just loves them.

This whole operation is top notch. They are always applying new technologies. Most importantly everyone is so personable from the customer service at the front right up to Dr Nick and Dr Dianna. Best dentists I have ever had and that's coming from a patient who have given them a real dental challenge over the years. I now live 1 hr away and would never think of changing clinics. Dentistry in the valley is a wonderful office full of amazing staff and a very professional and clean environment. Everyone there is always so accommodating to my schedule and very welcoming and friendly. You can tell the Dentists, Nick and Diana, genuinely care about you, and your health, as they are very kind and take the time to explain everything. My hygienist, Emma, was gentle, professional and very thorough. She listened to my concerns and took the time to explain everything about my oral health. She also gave me advice on what I should expect during the cleaning and discussed what tools I could use to improve the health of my mouth. Thank you for making my appointments relaxing and enjoyable! 100% recommend this office for top of the line dental care.

The staff were very warm and friendly and efficient. Everything was done quickly and Dr Diane was very good at explaining what is going on with my teeth. I would highly recommend this dental practice.

Our first experience was absolutely amazing. My children were a little nervous to go to the dentist. The staff came out and spoke to my children, showed them around the office. By the end of the appointment my children were smiling, happy and excited. They asked when we were coming back!

Signing on as a new client easy through online forms and appointment request. Friendly and efficient staff. All procedures were thoroughly explained with the assistance of diagnostic imagery. Direct interaction with extended medical insurance provider convenient. Also loved the “in chair” entertainment!

I haven't been to the dentist in a while and as s new patient here the experience was great! Everyone was courteous, professional and thorough in their duties. I was thoroughly Impressed and put at ease. DR Diana explained everything and outlined a course of action to take for repairs and ongoing treatment.
In short it was the best dental experience I have ever had!

Going to the dentist office is not one of my favorite past times but getting a cleaning by a skilled hygienist was such a good experience for me and one to remember! Not only was she skilled but her character in making me feel comfortable, safe and putting my nerves at ease is to be commended. She is well recognized by me in her field of expertise! Very professional. Taking their time in explaining what treatment is require and why. All staff where very friendly from the time you get into the office to leaving.

I took my 87yr old mom there for an emergency. They were so great, they took the time and explained everything to us. We were not rushed at all. They were fantastic.

The hygienist explained what she was doing and she did a very thorough job of cleaning my gums and teeth. She was friendly and professional.

An absolute pleasure. Staff are kind and attentive. Building is very well equipped to handle any and all needs. Even referrals are fast and easy. They lay out all information for you so you understand the whole process and costs, makes you feel like your in control and part of the team to get you the best smile possible. Everyone here is great! Im always welcomed and taken care of. My dental hygienist Kelly is always making sure that im very comfortable and communicates everything to me clearly so that i know what's going on during my cleaning. She ask great questions to ensure that my dental health is at its best, and they give out great recommendations for any questions relating to any concerns I have.

Ive been going here for years, and Kelly remembers what we speak about 6 months prior to my last teeth cleaning. Im always impressed!
